    Terrible food, probably due to the terrible server who left the food sitting out while they were slow. The manager had to bring me napkins at the end because the server didn't come back. Wasn't offered a drink refill either. Absolutely terrible experience.

    There was barely any sauce on the boneless wings and the fries were cold and stale. Don't waste your time here if you like sauce on your wings. They were also out of forks.

    Buffalo Wild Wings have the best smash burger around. I drive from Ventura to order takeout because Ventura does not have a BWW.

    Terrible service, didn't give utensils, had to ask twice and received attitude. Was asked one time if we needed anything and walked by numerous times . Tried to flag waitress down and was stared at and given cold shoulder. Ive been there when place has been busier than tonight, so guess they were just in a bad mood.

    Server was somewhat new as he informed us. He was not as attentive as the other severs. He served us our appetizers with no utensils or napkins for the finger foods we ordered until our entries came out and we had to request it. An ice tea was ordered and it seemed like they rationed out the ice for it. Instead of bringing new cups for our refills he took the one's we had. This behavior was not observed by the other server's working...
