  Wow, I really hate this concept. There's a walk up window, no indoor dining room, a drive thru, and a mobile order drive thru. When approaching from the highway, you basically have to go the long way around to find the lines. They were incredibly long, so we opted to park and "go inside". There is almost no room for maneuverability in the parking lot. The food and service was just fine, exactly what you'd expect from a Chick-fil-A. But the design is enough to ensure I'll never return. I hope this concept doesn't catch on, for all our sakes.

  I am a regular customer of the Oxnard location, and I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. The drive-thru setup at this location is consistently chaotic, leading to long wait times and unsafe conditions. On my last visit, I nearly had an accident due to the disorganized traffic flow. I understand that employees are doing their best, but it seems there may be insufficient training, especially for new team members. When I spoke with the manager, Presley, I was told, “this is our training location.” While I understand the importance of training, the impact on customers is significant, and it raises safety concerns. I value Chick-fil-A and the convenience of this location, but the current drive-thru operations make the experience stressful and potentially unsafe. I hope corporate can review this location’s procedures to improve efficiency, training, and customer safety. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements so that this location reflects the high standards I associate with Chick-fil-A.

  Darlene provided terrible customer service. I placed an order at 10:15 pm online (I have an email where it clearly shows my confirmation) The employee failed / forgot to check us in thru the drive thru at 11:40 apparently “our order didn’t go thru” when we got to the window. (Line took forever) Darlene said there is nothing she can do, cooks went home with an attitude. She was clearly lying, all the cars in front of me received their food. No gift card, food or apology was provided. So much for a “Christian restaurant.” Hire better staff. Not our fault the employees don’t know how to do their job. Pissed off because I drove from Santa Paula for nothing when I was clearly there on time!
