  The first time I went to this location. The two Boys didn't know what a freak Italian Sub was and I had to repeatedly had to tell them what meats and cheese to use. The second time the boy that made my sandwich I swear put extra mustard and mayo when very clearly said I wanted it Lightly on my sandwich. The amount of mayo was totally disgusting

  Gary is always so nice to my daughter when she picks up our orders. The quality of the food has greatly improved over the past couple of years. It's a good sandwich and they now have churros! Yay!

  Came and ordered two sandwiches a bag of chia and a drink to go. Got home to find only one sandwich. When I went back and asked them to make another sandwich they told me I needed to get in the line which by now was so long it extended into Walmart. I told them I shouldn’t have to re wait in line. They issued me a refund I did not ask for, made me get in line, order a new sandwich and pay for it when I got to the cashier. From my experience in customer service I expected they would remake the sandwich without making me wait 20 mins in line, possibly offer something for the my inconvenience of having to go back after getting home. But they did not show any care about their mistake or the inconvenience. I will likely not be going back any time soon. Had I been rude, loud or make a scene I know they would have done everything they could to get me out of their store as fast as possible but polite patient people apparently do not get treated as well.

  Took my son here to eat. I paid almost 30 dollars for our meals we order medium. We made our drinks and they were out of lids so I ask for a different size cup she told me if I give you a bigger cup I will have to charge you for the difference and I said give me the small one she said I still have to charge you. Really not my fault you didn't have lids . That was sure poor customer service she should have made it right.

  This is the subway in walmart, and has no bearing on others in town. At 11:00 a.m my friend and I wanted to split a sub. 1st choice was chicken caesar wrap. But they had no chicken. So we chose an italian but. Asked for cheese. Got none. 5 pieces of dried our meat across whole sub. Asked for spinach, got 2 small pieces. It was the worst sandwich I have ever gotten, and I will NEVER go to that one again. I cant even begin to tell you how annoyed we were
