  Okay my peer came to have lunch with me here at this McDonald's and I regret coming here not only was waiting to get my order taken but ugly to see your food fall off the tray to the floor and with a smile the girl that brought our food goes and pick up the hamburger from the floor and puts it on my tray and walks away. I then had to get up from my seat to exchange it because this that happened in front of my eyes makes me think of health and saftey issues such as do they do this often or maybe in the kitchen?? They did replace it but it still negatively impacted me to go back to that particular McDonald's. No apologies no questions nothing all they did was exchange the item and to be honest it was to quick

  Pésimo servicio en este momento una chica morena alta y algo robusta tiró mi comida de mala manera después de que tuve que esperar mucho tiempo para que me atendieran creo que es la manager por que tenía una camisa diferente a las potras chicas de verdad que da rabia por que no están regalando estamos comprando para que este tipo de personas tenga esta actitud y mala forma de atender deberían de hacer cambios de personal para brindar un mejor servicio que mal la verdad

  I ordered a coffee and saw they were serving me old coffee. I told them I wanted it fresh, and they said it would take 10 to 15 minutes. I told them I could wait for my fresh coffee. They told me to sit down, and about four minutes later, the McDonald's employee appeared with the coffee. When I tasted it, I could taste the old coffee, and I said, "Did you bring me old coffee?" The employee said, "No, I just made it." This person is incredibly shameless. How could she make the coffee in four minutes? She's not even smart enough for a Mentor. So, I had to throw the coffee away because I can't drink it due to health problems. It's a shame that a chain as renowned as McDonald's is compromising the quality of its product because of two dishonest employees. Because the supervisor who told her to do it should have checked that she had actually made fresh coffee. pedí un cafe y vi que me estaban sirviendo el cafe viejo, les dije que lo queria fresco y me dijeron que tardaria de 10 a 15 minutos, yo les dije que podia esperar por mi cafe fresco. me mandaron a sentar y como a los 4 minutos apareció la empleada de MCDONALD'S con el cafe, al probarlo senti el sabor del cafe viejo, y le dije me trajiste el cafe viejo, dijo la empleada no yo lo acabo de hacer. muy descarada esta persona cómo pudo hacer el cafe en 4 minutos, ni siquiera para mentor es inteligente. so, tuve que tirar el cafe porque por problemas de salud no lo puedo tomar. Es una tristeza que una cadena tan de renombre como lo es macdonald's pierda la calidad de su producto por dos empleadas deshonestas. porque la supervisora que le dijo que lo hiciera debio de supervisar que en realidad habia hecho cafe fresco.

  Service here is terrible because the employee just says they're working on the order without even checking the order number, and then after I wait for about 10 minutes, I see the them finally pull the ticket for my order and then starts working on my order. I find this type of customer service to be really frustrating. I don't see why they would just brush customers off with the same and tiring line "We're working on it" They need to start being more attentive to the customers and try to be more courteous because just brushing someone off without verifying anything is rude. They should at least be honest and say it's going to take a while! McDonald's are all getting worse, it seems. Especially this one!!
