I got charged for the wrong order. I called customer service and they said they would refund me but when I checked by bank account, they refunded me the wrong amount. I called again and spoke with the manager. He tried looking up my card number and couldn't find it. His only suggestion was to come into the store... I hate that I have to drive all the way back to the store now just because they messed up my order and refund amount.

Regulars here so came for Easter brunch after church and was a bit disappointed. It wasn’t that packed at 200 pm yet we waited almost an hour for our main & 30 min for our appetizers. My fav the candied bacon was soggy and not crispy as usual, overly spiced and still looked raw. We refused it.. my other fav is the deviled eggs but they too were off, didn’t have the same crisp, no flavor & didn’t taste fresh. (Unsure if they really are freshly made). Our main dishes were good & margaritas were delish. Just an off day for the cook(s) but I was really excited to have my favorite dishes today and was disappointed. Oh well we’ll still be back. Lol

To the Management Team,
I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experiences at your establishment. While we have visited several times, we have noticed a consistent decline in both service and food quality.
During our most recent visit last week, we ordered the pickled hash browns, which were unfortunately inedible due to an excessive amount of salt. Furthermore, our assigned server was notably absent, appearing at our table only once. We had to rely on other staff members to facilitate a food exchange and to secure drink refills.
Given that these issues have become a recurring pattern, we no longer feel confident in returning. I hope this feedback helps you address these service gaps for future guests.

Note: Because I consider this practice somewhat deceiving, I have given the restaurant a standard, three-star rating.
Lazy Dog: This is for the people that are not aware of the following.
Yesterday my friend I went to the Lazy Dog Restaurant for dinner; great food and service. It is one of my favorite restaurants.
Also, what I saw, as always, very clean and well kept men’s restroom. It seems male staff washes their hands thoroughly with soap and water prior to leaving the restroom.
But here is the flaw with the restaurant:
[But let me make it clear, this practice is very common in quite a bit of restaurants.]
Point-of-sale systems often calculate percentages based on the total bill, including taxes. A person does not have to and should not, unless the person wishes to do so, pay a tip on the sale tax as well.
"Tipping a percentage of the pre-tax amount is the standard etiquette in the United States, but many restaurant point-of-sale systems default to calculating suggested percentage tips based on the post-tax total sale. While post-tax tipping is a common personal choice, tipping on the pre-tax amount is generally considered the standard guideline."
