Ordered two sandwiches which came out to over $30 so I checked the receipt and the server tipped herself $4.60 on my boyfriend's card without his knowledge. He went back inside to confront her and she gave him back the $4.60 in cash and refused to give the receipt back. She was a short Latina woman with a bun held back with a circular pink hair clip. This all happened October 20th 2025 around 9:45pm. Check cameras and fire this thief. Who knows how many people are paying extra without knowing.

I ordered a foot long and 6inch sandwich. The lady at the counter pour 2 small scoops of chicken for my foot long but missed some pieces on the scoop and did not fully gave the 2 very small scoop. Same with my 6 inch sandwich. I made a comment saying that it was very little for a big sandwich and all she said was well I’m not the owner and these are the rules. I’ve been to many other subways before and it wasn’t this bad. I was basically sold pure bread with some protein. Anyways, paid for my sandwich but NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! No wonder this place is always so lonely.

I’ve been going to Subway for years—at least 3 times a week. That’s how much I love it. At every location I’ve ever visited, I’ve never once been charged for extra olives. But today, at this location, I was shamed for even asking.
The employee behind the counter told me, “I’m giving you the regular amount,” and when I said I didn’t mind paying (even though I’ve never been charged anywhere else across California), she reluctantly added more. At checkout, she said, “This time I won’t charge you, but next time I will.”
Here’s the thing: I don’t mind paying for extras—but if you’re going to charge customers, there needs to be a clear sign stating that policy. Otherwise, it feels unfair and misleading.
I’ve never had this experience at any other Subway, and because of it, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Not bad had the 12"Cold cut combo came out to just under 10 bucks then I got the same sandwich at another location and they charged me 3 bucks more..what?
