- GSG StarrDec 23, 20214.0Staff needs to stop being so rude to customers using ebt, am constantly being told from this location when I tell them I am paying with ebt,"oh let me see if it works because the machine wasn't working earlier today" it's become so expected for me to hear this at this location I even called ahead of time one day n asked if there ebt machine was working lady told me yes it is I arrived an hour later and when I got there of course when it came time to pay I heard "I don't think our ebt is working let me check so quickly I let them know I had called earlier to verify because I didn't want to have this problem staff had nothing to say and quickly charged me also asked for Hut favorite crust did Not get it unfortunately
