Some of the food is good but pricey. Kids pizza tasted off and our 5 yr old would not eat it. I tried it and don't blame her. A cheeseburger replacement would have taken around 30 minutes so we had to look for a substitute elsewhere. The $5 margarita is really bad, don't get that. The service is always slow on Sundays when they have 1/2 play promotion. One great thing about this place is it's fun Atmosphere.

My boyfriend made a comment to our group that he was waiting for 10 minutes for service at the bar and the bartender Carlos turned around and snapped at him. My boyfriend said can I get some service? I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes and Carlos rolled his eyes and walked away. Another bartender approached him, took our order and when my boyfriend asked for the other bartender’s name, Carlos chimed in and said my name is Carlos. I’m off at one! I will see you at one! And then went and got security. After he threatened us! Security seemed empathetic to the situation and said he was dismissed from his shift and that we could finish the current beers that we had but that we had to leave because other witnesses saw that my boyfriend was aggressive with him, which he wasn’t, the statement was made to us not to him. And of the six people in our party, no one saw any security or management speak to any other customers in that bar. While we were finishing our drinks, the manager came up to us and told us we had to leave and then continued to taunt my boyfriend. I’m appalled at the behavior by both manager and staff. Except for Chase, One of the game techs saw the entire thing saw how ridiculous it was and went out of his way to try to make up for the situation.

Horrible experience, we will never come back here. It took us 40 minutes to be seated and when we asked what’s going the girl in the front said oh I just sent a text message that we never received. Once we were seated a man waitress took over 15 to ask what we would like. He never brought our drinks so we had to ask multiple times. The food was given to us cold and not made how it was described on the menu. I feel like I just threw away 85$. I usually leave tips but with this type of experience I left no tip. This place needs more training and better customer service. I seen two waiters throwing stuff at eachother as well. Definitely had a horrible experience

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Service issues occurred repeatedly and were never properly resolved. I had to ask multiple times just to receive my drink, which was water. When we requested basic condiments, they didn’t arrive until after our food was already cold, making the meal unenjoyable. Even more concerning, one child’s meal never arrived until we brought it to the waitress's attention and it was after everyone at the table had already finished eating. The waitress blamed all the food issues on the runner but once the food started to get delivered she never came to double check on us to ensure everything was correct. When we addressed issues with the bill, the situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager, Blake, accused us of being “aggressive” simply because we were uncomfortable with the suggested gratuity and politely requested that it be removed from the check. This response felt unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, splitting the check took over 45 minutes, and despite the long wait, we were ultimately double charged and still had items on the split checks that were not to the correct people. What should have been a simple dining experience turned into a stressful and time-consuming ordeal. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, and unprofessional management made this a very disappointing visit. We expected much better.

If playing arcade games is YOUR thing, this is YOUR kind of place. They have many, many games. Games I've never seen, familiar ones, all sorts of games for all sorts of skill levels. Kids, drag your parents along and play with each other. Maybe your old man & woman will cross over and you can bond over Donkey Kong. Parents drag their kids along to enough things. Turnabout is fair play, right? You'll get this credit-card sort of thing to play the games. You put in money (they do take cash), and the card allows you to play the games. Better games cost more. Put in more money and you can get extra play per dollar put in. Our D&B had a level of spend at which this $ input to play output ratio was optimized, likely the result of market research to be slightly more than one would normally spend (that's what I would do as a marketer). You can then win points you can redeem for prizes. Better play = more points = better prizes. If you're a very good player, it might even make financial sense to do this. I'm not that guy. I guess I'm just not the target demographic for Dave & Busters. I've seen the ads on TV. The whole notion seemed dumb to me: an arcade, with cheap food, and drinks? That's supposed to be attractive? I remember playing arcade games WHEN I WAS 14 YEARS OLD. These commercials seem to have an almost caisino-like vibe to them. My niece wanted to go, she seemed familiar with all of the games and whatnot, so I took her. She liked the food, liked playing the games, but didn't like that she didn't get enough tickets to get anything really good for a prize. We weren't dedicated fans with a huge skill set and experience, so probably not their best customers. I can't imagine who pitched the notion of this place. "It'll be really good. No, really. We'll have arcade games for the kids, sodas and cheap kid food, quasi-passable food for the adults, and the kicker, they'll begrudgingly stay because we have beer. It'll be really great. Trust us." I guess it isn't terrible, and there isn't really anything else quite like it, so if you like to compete playing kids games with kids, OR if you're one of those folks that never grows up, this is your place. My instincts were right from watching the commercials. It is just as an obtuse experience as I imagined it would be. A little more obtuse, since the D&B in the commercials are so clean and this place wasn't quite so. I had fun playing with my niece. SHE made the place fun. They should change their name to her name, because she made the experience work.
