Asked loud and clear if they were possibly closing early before ordering, bc I didn’t know if they were closing an hour early or just bringing out new food. The staff member just turned and walked away like I asked a dumb question. She straight ignored me. I just left - I have worked in hospitality for years and would never treat somebody like that. I can read the room and I don’t want food from somebody who doesn’t want me to be a customer

I’ve never seen anything like it before. There is trash strewn all over the floor in the kitchen. Instead of sweeping it up, employees kick it around like a game of soccer. Who runs this disaster area of a restaurant? I have never seen any Chipotle where the staff cares less about cleanliness. There is no way there is that much trash and food on the ground and the place doesn’t have rodents or roaches. Ewwww. I don’t understand how anyone can eat here. It’s enough to make you want to hurl.
