Just poor marketing! The TV commercial showing warm food, bright colors, and warmth, is not something you will see or experience in person. The food didn't look fresh, and felt like it was sitting there from the day before. Mind you, this was Friday afternoon lunch. To me, the setup is slightly above a high school meal cafeteria-uninviting cold food served by kids that hate food.

Staff was also rude. I was the only one left in store. After she fulfilled the order, she simply placed the order on the shelf without saying a word until I asked. She asked me what my order was 2 times before. No apologies. This kind of attitude can easily ruin the day for your customers Chipotle; especially your long time ones. Staffs need to be trained properly. Poor management!
