Just poor marketing! The TV commercial showing warm food, bright colors, and warmth, is not something you will see or experience in person. The food didn't look fresh, and felt like it was sitting there from the day before. Mind you, this was Friday afternoon lunch. To me, the setup is slightly above a high school meal cafeteria-uninviting cold food served by kids that hate food.
