  I had a really disappointing experience at this CAVA. When my boyfriend and I walked in, there was no greeting at all, which immediately made the environment feel unwelcoming. The employee serving us was rude and very impatient while we were ordering, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and rushed. We also asked for pita chips, and she told us there weren’t any. However, there was literally a bowl of pita chips right in front of her. It was frustrating and confusing, but I didn’t want to cause a scene so I didn’t say anything. On top of that, the portions felt stingy for the price. Overall, the customer service was poor and the experience left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend coming here based on how we were treated.

  Justice for Eirian! When my fiancé and I walked in, there was only one person working at the counter, which seemed pretty unusual. We did our best to be patient and understanding. The associate helping us, Eirian, was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, as we were being assisted, more and more customers started coming in, creating a line. Despite that, Eirian was left alone at the front while we could clearly see other team members peeking out from the back without stepping in to help. We truly hope this was just a rare situation. Eirian deserves recognition for handling everything so well, and we hope the rest of the team can step up to support each other better during busy times.

  First time trying this place and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and great customer service. Totally recommend this place.

  Workers are not kind . My kid mistakenly put cider with water cup, a woman worker ran out from bar and shout at my kid in front of many people. I told her I would pay . My kid didn’t eat and actually it is too salty.

  I really wanted to like this place since it was literally 5 min from the house. I kept on going back hoping it would get better. Three times in a row, my black lentils were under cooked. There was never space to throw my trash because the trash cans were always full. I recently went back again and was planning to get greens only and not any grain. Ended up having the get the black lentils again because the arugalas were wilted. Hope management can work on quality control. I would luv to go back!
