I am super dissatisfied with the results of this location. Firstly, me and my family were not greeted as we walked in and an awkward silence as we were ready to order. When we did order we were highly disappointed with the amount of rice that was given, barely enough to cover only the base of the bowl. It was uneven ratios between me and my family and was told that we need to pay an extra $1.50 for an extra scoop of rice. It soon became worse as they ran out of particular sauces like my favorite the lemon herb tahini dressing and extra toppings like corn, lettuce, mixed tomatoes and cucumbers and so on.
As any bowl, we always get a side of pita bread. Unfortunately like the rest of the items they were not provided. We asked for a discount due to the limited options and loss of pita but was only told “no sorry”. That was their famous line as they were unprepared and managed improperly. To top it all off, I paid a $4 drink for a cold lemonade. No ice, no lemonade, dirty tables and no warning given.
It sucks having a company with great food but poor management. I hope to hear it improve as I will not be coming back.

New to Mediterranean, but this hit the spot. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Sadly, no Baked Feta, but the Crazy Feta was tasty, have to thank them for the suggestion.

This place won’t make it. Came in on a Sunday afternoon and there were 3 other people eating. Not busy at all. Trash cans were overflowing. Outside eating area was messy and a homeless person was posted up. Workers seemed unsure of prices. It end up costing me $25 for a bowl with extra lamb. Guess lamb is a premium meat too? Check out the lamb in the pic. That’s skin, not fat? The bowl was good, but you could go to a Mediterranean restaurant and get meat, full salad and pita with hummus for that price. They need to get quality control on it.

Been coming here about once a week since they’ve opened and every time I have had a great experience plus the food is great! Sure line is a little long at times but it’s mostly due to people being unsure what they want. I think it’s a small price to pay for the great food! If you want fast food McDonalds is across the street. Online ordering works too! Today I even saw what I assume is the manager asking how everything was to the patrons eating! I’ve never seen that before at any other locations! This Cava is by far my fave!
