  Ok, I would have given this place NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!! If I could !!!!! Where do I start, when we first arrived it was a bit busy so I expected a bit of a wait but literally half of the tables of the restaurant were closed off, I had to wait for a table I saw atleast 6/7 waiters walking around plus like 2 bussboys and atleast 2 food runners and 2 bar tenders so its not like it was 2 waiters to run half of the restaurant. When we sat ourselves at a cocktail table it took 20 minutes for anyone to greet us or even say Hey guys I'll be right with you, The waiter should have been a busboy or something because he didnt have any type of people skills at all. I ordered the trio dip came out 20 minutes later by this time there were like 8 tables left with 3 people sitting at the bar everyone had pretty much left. My wings took at least 30 minutes to arrive I only ordered 15 wings that's it 30 minutes later they all came out super cold as they had them out sitting not even warm!!!!! I will never go back to that Buffalo Wild Wings EVER!!!!!!! None of the waiters had a sense of urgency, no manager/chef /supervisor walking around to see if everyone was doing ok, no management touching tables asking people if everything was ok anything I can do for you ...anything? I write this review to let the OWNERS know that this restaurant is a joke and needs Attention A.S.A.P !!!!

  Ordered my Birthday wings on the app. I came last year and got them from here I’ve come here a few times the food was always good and fresh. However not today it was not. The wings were clearly old and dried up no meat on the bones tasted like they got it out of the trash can or picked it off someone’s plate or maybe it was in the back from leftover meat😬. I’ll never go back there my husband and I both took one bite and spit it out. People can get food poisoning from this food don’t eat here it’s awful what a waste of my time! The place was empty for a reason. Staff don’t care about it and there was only one person working. This is very insulting to give someone old food im a mother and almost gave this food to my toddler to try good thing I tried it first so horrible 😩🤦‍♀️

  Don’t get me wrong I love Buffalo Wild Wings but I will not be coming back here. Wasn’t even in there 5 min and when they took my order they wanted to pre charge my card before even eating. Saying they have had people run out before, that’s not my problem. You are basically saying you don’t trust me because of others actions. You should have a sign that says we pre charge before service. They wouldn’t even just charge the gift cards I had. Very disappointing.

  If I could I wouldn’t even give a 1 star unprofessional do not come here not worth your money and time. Coming here all employees look like they don’t even want to work at this company. Don’t get me started on the Wait time you will be waiting and waiting when tables are empty no one wasn’t to serve you Seriously buffalo you need to either get a new management team this place is so bad will never come here ! Absolutely waste of of my money and time !!! 0 stars

  Don't bother coming here. I wasted my time. I started by going to the 21+ side not knowing their was a main dinning area. The poor woman their looked like she had no help and had to run that whole side by herself. Then once she told me there was another area, because I had a baby with me, I get there and no one is in the front. We had to figure out what the sign said cause that was practically wiped off which said seat yourself. When we did seat ourself we waited for someone, anyone to come to our table. Then when someone finally did come it was just to say u can't sit there its closed but yet no sign saying the area we were at was closed. I understand when its very late you dont have many people working but this was just ridiculous. I will NEVER be coming back to this location again!!!
