- DDDanielleraDec 14, 20253.0Here are three things that really stand out about this place: 1. The smell inside is unfortunately hard to ignore. It has a strong, unpleasant odor—almost a mix of mustiness, fish, and something just plain rank—which can be off-putting when you first walk in. You kind of get used to it after a while, but I wouldn't rest inside honestly. I might curb your appetite for ice cream. 2. On a positive note, the customer service was very good. The staff member we interacted with was friendly and he happily let us sample several flavors so we could choose what we liked best. 3. Most importantly, the ice cream itself is excellent. The flavors were rich, well-made, and absolutely worth trying, making it the highlight of the visit.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
