I was craving a roast beef sandwich tonight, so I went to the arby's in Orange, on Tustin, to get one. When I arrived, there was a car at the window picking up food, so I drove around to order, but was greeted with a sign on the speaker. The sign said "Closed, sorry for the inconvenience."
It was 2 minutes after 8 PM. The website said they closed at 11 PM. So, in order for me to satisfy my craving, I had to drive all the way to the location on Imperial highway, in the city of Brea.
I don't know why the store was closed early and I was the first customer to get there after they stopped serving, but I hope it was for a good reason. What happened to me is certainly not the way to build repeat clientele. I will definitely think twice before I drive to that location again.
If you happen to be the people that closed early, and you're seeing this, I suspect the owner of that location (a.k.a. your boss), will be unimpressed by my story.
