  I was there on a Thursday night so it wasn't too busy. I say at the bar in the gaming area to get a drink. The Hispanic lady with a white clip in her hair literally ignored my presence as she was serving the 2 guys next to me. I thought once they had their drinks she would serve me but she never did. I had sat there for a good 10 minutes and nothing. I had to go to the other side where a very nice slim man with curly hair addressed me right away

  I come here often, and I always have a blast with my wife. She and I are regulars, and we always get great customer service from Joe the bartender and his female partner (I don't know her name). There's a closer spot near where I live, but we prefer coming here for the excellent service and better games. The atmosphere is always fun, and with great food and drinks, it's even better.

  We used this Dave & Buster’s location two years in a row for a team-building experience while attending Expo West. The food and overall value were beyond our expectations. What really stood out this year was the exceptional service we received from our waiter, Nate. Not only was he extremely helpful with setup and explaining our package, but he also went above and beyond throughout the entire event. I don’t think a single need went unmet — even when we weren’t seated in our designated area. If we were out enjoying the games, Nate made a point to find each of us to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend requesting Nate if you reserve a party here. You will not be disappointed.

  We visited Dave & Buster's for a company event and had an absolute blast — and Nate deserves all the credit! This was our second year in a row bringing our group to this location, and year two completely blew year one out of the water. Nate was attentive, kind, and genuinely fun to be around. The food coming out right on time and was great, our drinks were never empty, and he made the whole experience feel effortless. Our team is still talking about how great it was. If you're planning a group event here, request Nate — you won't regret it. We'll definitely be back for year three and he'll be the first thing we ask for!

  My wife and I went inside and sat at the bar. One of the bartenders that was there came over after a few minutes since she was helping someone else. Took mine at my wife’s drink order. We decided we wanted to order food. When we finally got the bartender’s attention to order food and two more drinks, she seemed bothered because she had to give us a whole new receipt with the food & drinks added on and ended up slamming the receipt in front of us. The food came out, server was extremely nice. While we were eating I wanted another cup of ranch and the bartender seemed so bothered that we asked for another little container of ranch. I had commented telling my wife I don’t want the ranch anymore because I didn’t want to ask for ranch because it seems like we’re bothering her. My wife asked for the ranch and then the bartender never came around us again. She ended up disappearing after that because it took us 30 minutes before she came back to get her attention so we can pay and leave. Because we had terrible service we weren’t going to tip her. We had four drinks and two appetizers and the total was 114 with no tip and then we get the charge from the bank and all of a sudden the total was 164. The bartender tipped herself 50 dollars
