Very disappointed in this location. Came in at 6:15pm and put my name down for the waitlist with Yasmin. It was for a party of 5, 3 adults and 2 little kids. My dad waited in the designated waiting area for my name to be called while I was outside with the kids and my mom. We were very patient waiting for my name to be called. After a bit my dad checked in with the hostess,Yasmin, at 6:27pm and she stated that it would be 15 more minutes for our party specifically, we were listed after a large birthday party. Okay no big deal. Don’t hear my called at all for a while so my mom checks in the hostess at 7:05pm to which they claim to have already called for me and scratched my name off. My dad was sitting in the waiting area!!!! You can very clearly see him. The waiting area has two sections, both of which are distinct and in plain view. No where to hide of possibly be missed. There’s the two benches on opposite walls 5 feet away from the host stand, then there’s glass wall with 2 swinging doors that lead to another waiting area (still very visible from all angles of the host stand) with two benches on opposite walls and then there’s 2 swinging doors that lead outside to the shopping center parking lot. My dad was waiting on the bench in the waiting section that was in between the doors. He was very much visible. That amount of effort it would take to see him and call my name, his daughter, is MINIMAL. He had even checked in with the hostess for the party listed under my name and she told it would be 15 more minutes! We did everything correctly. She had the audacity to lie to my mom and to me, I could hear through the glass doors my mom getting upset. I told her my dad was waiting right there and pointed to were he was still sitting, you could see him clear as day! The hostess, Yasmin, lied point blank, the co-hostess supported her lying coworker, and the manager, Alex, was useless in resolving the issue. Not very manager like. Disappointing. My dad even confirmed that the hostess never called out my name and he is the most kind, patient, and understanding individual. She, Yasmin, said that it wasn’t true and did physically go out to the other waiting section and called my name. She called my dad a liar. Who does that? A liar, some one who lacks accountability, and a terrible person. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 5 years and steadily climbed up the ladder. My family understands this industry. We get it. But when a party gets skipped, staff and management handles the situation professionally and brings resolve to an upset guest. Failure on all ends. I could see Yasmin’s adrenaline kick in after being called out for failure and lies and if wasn’t for her being at work, she would have gladly entered into verbal confrontation with my mom. That hostess lacked professionalism and it was very obvious that she knew she messed up, it was obvious that she didn’t do her job to the fullest, and that she was lying to save her own skin. We demanded to speak with a manager and when he came out, he, Alex, came out all casual and happy as if he did not care and thought it wasn’t a big deal. At this point it has been almost a whole hour that we’ve been waiting. Unacceptable. He did apologize, okay normal response, but here is where he fell short as a manager for a very large company that has a long standing reputation and multiple locations, he didn’t offer an type of solution or resolve. All he did was apologize and smile. No sincerity. My dad even mentioned to the manager directly that he saw him chatting with the party that listed ahead of us and the manager confirmed that that was correct. They continued to seat parties that came in way after us. This brand has declined rapidly over the years on their accountability and customer service. This incident occurred 3/28/26. Managers name was Alex and less than mediocre hostess was Yasmin. So disappointing. Extremely below par.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Our server, Tristian, made a comment about my skin condition (rosacea) that may have been meant as a joke, but came off disrespectful and unnecessary.
On top of that, the service was poor. We waited a long time for drinks, and our food came out before we were even served beverages. Meanwhile, tables that arrived after us were taken care of first—and it wasn’t even that busy.
I stayed patient the entire time, but when I asked for a box, he responded with, “that’s asking too much of me,” which was honestly surprising and unprofessional. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and just assumed he was under the influence, but at that point it was clear the service just wasn’t there.
As someone who owns a business and genuinely enjoys tipping for good service, it honestly didn’t feel good knowing I couldn’t reward this experience
I understand places can get busy (it wasn’t), but basic service and professionalism shouldn’t slip like this. Hoping management addresses this
