  Buffalo Wild Wings was a mixed experience. The hamburger looked great, but the flavor didn’t match. The meat felt under seasoned and flat, like something important was missing. The potato wedges were the highlight. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and well-seasoned without being heavy. The wings had decent flavor. Not bad, not memorable. They did the job, nothing more. Overall, the food was solid but not impressive. Good for a casual meal, but not something I’d go out of my way for again.

  Overall, worst experience at a BBW. Started off great with the host, and after that everything went down hill. I work in the industry so I do care about the service field but only when it is being deserved. Food came out cold, drinks took forever without any apology to follow up with, I figured the server was busy but no sense of urgency to check on us. What a disappointment, because we servers live off tips and I would’ve tipped accordingly too BUT we had to remind and ask for things which I don’t mind but a simple apology as to why it was forgotten or super busy just wasn’t there. And to top it off, I go home to check my account and I see that my server(male in the bar area tonight) added his own tip of $20 when I DID NOT write that down. And I have been calling to speak with a manager and have yet to get through to one. I will be calling tomorrow to get this resolved. Because as a server myself that is just wrong and not OK.

  I placed an order through the app and it arrived incorrect with missing items as well. I called the store multiple times and the guy answered and pretended not to hear me and continued to hang up the phone 4 times!!! I then called 5 more times with no luck if anyone assisting me!! The good again, incorrect sauces, it’s as if they decided to give me what their choices were not what I ordered. Tater tots… completely missing from the order.

  I am not one to leave bad reviews at all but this place is an embarrassment at this point. I visited this location today and I have to say it was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We arrived approximately at 10:00 PM. We were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. We were not seated until almost 11 PM. I checked in with the host. After, I believe a manager was taking over the check in station. However, he kept calling up people that arrived way after us. When I mentioned this to him, he said I was wrong and all these people were waiting before us, despite me seeing them check in way after us. When we got seated, the waitress was efficient in our taking our order. However, we waited 30 minutes to get our beers. I let it go. Food took 40 minutes to arrive. I tried to be understanding since it seemed they were understaffed but the restaurant was not really packed. The server NEVER came to ask us how we were doing or if we needed something else. I decide to order a spicy pineapple margarita. The serves comes back 40 minutes after and says the bartender informed her they were out of pineapple. Really? You made me wait 40 minutes to tell me? So, I order another beer. ANOTHER 40 MINUTES GO BY and I still have not gotten my beer! Our server is no where to be found. I try to get the attention of another server who tells me, “I’m trying to find your server but I can’t locate her. Our bartender is super busy” and proceeds to walk away. No problem solving skills whatsoever. I even offered to go to the bar and order my drink myself. All this hassle for me to get my drink? When the server was finally located, I asked for my bill and told her to forget the beer I ordered 40 minutes ago. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had at this location and management is not doing their part whatsoever to fix this situation.

  Una experiencia terrible (el peor BWW que he visitado) ​Si están buscando alitas que parezcan recién sacadas del congelador y que tengan la textura de una suela de zapato, este es su lugar, Nos sirvieron las alitas frías, duras y con un sabor pésimo, ​He visitado muchos Buffalo Wild Wings, pero este es, sin duda, el peor de todos. La calidad es inexistente, fue imposible terminar el plato, Es una lástima que un lugar de este nombre entregue comida en condiciones tan mediocres, No pierdan su tiempo ni su dinero aquí.
