- VMVeronica Macias1 day ago3.0I’ve been here a few times and it’s usually pretty good, but today, the service sucked. I’d give zero stars for service but the server, at least, took our order. I asked for sugar with my latte; had to get my own. Had yo get my own table setting. Had to get a spoon for stirring my latte b/c one does not come with the beverage or table setting and she NEVER came back to check on us. I put myself through school waiting tables and the rule is two minutes or two bites to check back with customers. After taking orders from other customers, the server spent any excess time with a table that already paid their bill. Btw, I ALWAYS tip over 20%, but not today.

She is always smiling no matter how busy the restaurant is. Your food is amazing, presentation is beautiful, flavor is beyond delicious. Thank you for an amazing experience.

There's a sign that says "Wait here to be seated," but the hostess just asked us to grab a menu and seat ourselves.It took a while to get water and order taken even though the place wasn't that busy. After the food was dropped off the waitress never checked up on us or provided us any take out boxes until I had to get to the counter and requested it. Hopefully service will improve if I ever return.
