Each year, I host a big Christmas Eve open house and place a very large, multi-department food order. Anyone who has done holiday entertaining knows how stressful that can be — but Lulu and Judy made the entire experience smooth, organized, and reassuring from start to finish. On Christmas Eve itself — in pouring rain — Judy called to confirm that we were all set, then met me outside with everything perfectly packed and organized, cheerfully loading it into my car while wearing a little Santa hat that was getting completely soaked. It was such a kind, above-and-beyond moment that I won’t forget. What could have been a chaotic pickup was completely stress-free, and my event went off without a hitch. Employees like this are the reason customers come back year after year.
