  I usually order from the Chino location near me, but today I was in the Ontario area and stopped at this location. I placed a pickup order and also ordered a Frosty keychain and a few additional items through the drive-thru. When I got to the window, a younger female employee assisted me. There was no greeting—she simply opened the window. As I began asking about the Frosty keychain, she closed the window without saying anything. I assumed she might have been taking another order since she was using the screen. A few seconds later she reopened the window and gave me my total. I asked again about the Frosty keychain, paid with Apple Pay, and she once again closed the window without saying a word. About a minute later she reopened the window and handed me my bags, drinks, and Frosty. I then asked for BBQ sauce. She looked at me as if I had done something wrong and handed me only one sauce before immediately closing the window again. My order was about $30 and included nuggets. Because she handed the bags over so quickly and closed the window, I assumed everything was included. After driving forward, I realized my order was incomplete. I did not receive the butter or sour cream for my potato, and the Frosty keychain I purchased was also missing. I attempted to call the location, but the voicemail states they are unable to take the call and does not allow a message to be left. I was also not given a receipt for the drive-thru order, so I currently have no proof of purchase. This was a very disappointing experience. Please ensure employees are properly trained to communicate with customers and verify orders before sending them on their way.

  I visit the Wendy’s in Holt and the customer service was amazing there the manager in charge Araceli was very respectful super nice customer service 10 out of 10 a great smile. She was very helpful because I’ve been to other Wendy’s and the managers are not very smiling or helpful and Araceli was just a 5 star customer service I will be coming here often
