Our new favorite breakfast/brunch place. We're just sad that we're visiting from out of state so we can't try the entire menu.

This coffee shop is my new favorite! The vibe is cozy, and the baristas really know their stuff. Their specialty lattes are to die for—I've already tried a couple and can’t wait to go back for more!

I had an okay experience, but the seating situation was frustrating. When I checked in, I specifically asked for a booth for two. When we were called, we were first seated at a regular table with chairs. After asking again, we were moved to a half booth where only one of us could actually sit on the booth side.
What made it more frustrating was that the table next to us (a booth for four) was clearing out, and we asked if we could move there once it was clean. We were told no because they were saving it for larger parties. I understand that, but we also waited to be seated like everyone else and it would’ve been nice to be accommodated based on our original request.
Overall, not a terrible experience, just disappointing when it comes to customer service and flexibility.
I’ve stopped by TUS Ontario for both brunch (dine in) and lunch (takeout). All dishes and drinks were delicious! I’ve ordered the breakfast sandwich, pandan fluffy pancakes, belly to belly bowl, and would recommend all. I also greatly enjoyed my iced pandan latte and iced pandan tea. This is a great place for pandan lovers, as you can tell!
Parking can be a bit tight and, if you’re in a rush, takeout is advised. It takes some time to get seated and also for dishes to come out. However, it did significantly cut down the wait time to join the Yelp Waitlist!

Tl;dr - The fluffy (cloud) pancakes are disappointing and the wait time to be seated is excessive, service is slow
We visited this place for weekend brunch, hoping to try their featured Japanese fluffy pancakes since they were closer than Flippers in West Hollywood. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The pancakes were floury, dense, and tasteless. In addition, the price was more than at Flippers.
While we expected to wait twenty minutes plus for the pancakes, we also ordered some baked goods and drinks, which actually arrived after the pancakes.
We thought we could save an hour by staying nearby, but we couldn’t join the hour-long waitlist until we were within 5 miles.
