  Very disappointing experience at Taco Bell. I waited over an hour in the drive-thru, only to be treated rudely when I asked about my order. The employee said they didn’t know anything and closed the window on me. A supervisor barely addressed the situation with no real apology. To make things worse, I saw people who appeared to be friends of employees, in pajamas, going in and out of the kitchen area—very concerning from a hygiene standpoint. The food quality was also very poor, as if my complaint was ignored. Definitely not the level of service or standards expected.

  uber eats was giving me a hard time so i went inside today dude behind the counter was so chill and was very cool to the lady infront of me as well.

  What the heck happened to Taco Bell. I remember back when Taco Bell made great food and now it’s basically disgusting. Back in the day Tacos were so good and once 25 cents and really good , the hamburger looked and tasted like hamburger now it’s some mushy looking crap that tastes about as good as it looks, the taco shell is soggy within a minute. They once covered the entire top of the taco with cheese now it’s about the size of a dine in the middle. Bean and cheese burritos only have cheese and onions at one end and now so small it’s about 4-5 bites. All this as they charge much higher prices for smaller portions and higher prices. Not to mention in the end got the order wrong. Taco Bell is going to end up a thing of the past if they don’t wake up to the horrible quality that they seem to be ok with for the low review ratings from actual customers not the fake reviews they allow to keep the numbers above a 3. Been eating Taco Bell since the 60’s but yesterday was my last day I will not go back there ever.
