I ordered two Italian BMT sandwiches, and they didn't include the ingredients I requested: they left out the banana peppers, mayonnaise, mustard, and chipotle sauce. I also asked for them to be toasted, but they didn't do that either. Furthermore, one of the sandwiches had nothing but meat and vegetables—absolutely no sauce; it was completely plain. When I called the store, they told me I could stop by to pick up the missing ingredients whenever I had the time. 😡 I only get a 30-minute lunch break, so having to go back to the restaurant just to get what was missing—specifically to retrieve the chipotle sauce, mayo, mustard, oil, and vinegar—makes absolutely no sense. The whole point of ordering online is to have your food ready so you can just show up, pick it up, and sit down to eat right away; instead, you get home or back to work only to realize the sandwich wasn't prepared the way you ordered it, and their response is: "You can come pick up the ingredients whenever you have time." (That is the biggest stupidity). And you can't even file a complaint through the app.
We, as customers, complain about the poor service—or about what we pay for but don't receive—while they, as owners, do nothing and simply don't care. The only thing that matters to them is that we fill their pockets with money; to them, we are nothing.
