  “Every time I come here, the service is great, but this last visit stood out. One of the employees went out of their way to explain how the Sonic app works and helped me understand how to get rewards and discounts. That kind of customer care is rare and really appreciated. Keep up the great work!

  Feminine guy with glasses working 12 am shift on 4/13 was super rude and didn’t take our order at the speaker we waited for 10 mins for a response and got none so we pulled up to the window and he said we had to pull around and order at the speaker again even though he ignored us there. We spent our money elsewhere he had ear piercings so rude.

  I haven't been to Sonic in a long time. I went thru the drive-thru. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and the all American beef hot dog (foot-long one). The hamburger and fries were so so. But the hot dog was great. The drive-thru staff is courteous, polite and friendly.

  Ordered from the wrong location, Areli took down my order and made it for me didn’t charge me since I already paid or give me a hard time she was extremely helpful very polite & sweet
