  McDonald’s next to Ontario Mills is the worst. The employees here really need to reflect. I think they save too much ingredients for hamburgers. Look at the picture... It doesn‘t taste as good as other McDonald’s. Don‘t go here....

  I came in to use my points. I ordered a medium fry and a McChicken original non-spicy. It took them 30 minutes to get my food. I received my fries first which I had them remake once I got my chicken sandwich due to the fact that my fries were cold and unsalted then I had to have her remake them because the lady that made my fries had just came from outside and did not wash her hands did not have gloves on and scooped out my fries when I confronted her about this she said she did wash her hands. I told her that I sat here and watched her and another customer watched her and she did not wash her hands as she goes back to have somebody remake the fries which she had never washed her hands again they’re talking about how it’s crazy that we are saying that she did not wash her hands and what does it matter. I got my fries from a different worker and as I left and went to go and eat my chicken sandwich there was no lettuce on it and it was a spicy sandwich not a original chicken so not only did they take forever for my two item order. Their hygienic process was completely crazy and they didn’t even give me the correct food.

  Right next to Ontario Mills it's easy to get to quick access to the 15 freeway and the 10 and the service is really good.

  I called twice today, knowing that on Wednesday that they clean the machine that produces the frappes. Called twice to know when would be a good time to come in. Called at 7:16 AM to know if the frappes would be available. The woman who had answered had told me yes, nothing more. When I went, I was told by the attendant through the speaker that it’d take 30 minutes still. Very annoying that I called to make sure but still wasn’t able to get the drink. I work nearby and can only visit the establishment once per work day and it was just wasted.

  Best spicy McCrispy I've ever had. I'm not from the area but this is one of the best McDonald's I've been to but the best part was the customer service. I hope I'll be back soon. ❤️
