I normally dont come to Wendy's so I thought id give it a try. They greeted me at the speaker and I told them I needed a moment. They asked me twice if I was ready- i was still looking over the menu and there was no one behind me. I began to order and there were 2 people taking my order. First a younger girl, then an older mexican women. The older woman seemed irritated or frustrated while taking my order-i could hear it in the tone of her voice. I got to the window, I was collecting my coins for exact change and as soon as I gave the older women the money she already had my change in her hand and gave it to me. She gave me no receipt with my order, I asked for ranch and barbecue for my order I gave her a dollar and I asked for my receipts. She only gave me the receipt for the sauce which was ticket number 3076. She rushed me and said have a good day. This is a great example of employees not giving great customer service, I am very dissatisfied with my visit here.

#1 WWE (Worst Wendy's Ever). Cheeseburger not fully wrapped, cheese not melted, grease on top bun. French fries tasted like salt and grease, so yuck. Chicken bites tasted like old grease and soggy.🤮 Threw out the meal and still have a stomach ache. Never going back. Young staff look sad and frustrated. I'm guessing this location is on the chopping block.

I entered the building and was offered to use the kiosk or order at the register. I chose the kiosk to insure I would earn the reward points by tapping in my phone number. I ordered an epic burrito. When I went to check out it asked if I had a coupon code or if I wanted a senior discount to ask for code from employee. I flagged down an employee and she put a paper with a code on it in front of the kiosk that scanned it and saved me seventy cents! Food was delicious.

Awful! Only 2 people working at 1:15 on a Sunday next to a huge mall. Really? Poor staff.. Stale food. No monitor to know if my mobile order had been even started. People were walking up and ordering and getting food. My order was placed 5 to 10 minutes before. Charging a dollar for cheese on the chili that is barely there is just greed. Biggie double bacon sandwich was stale and hardly anything on it. False advertising. The nuggets have been shrink so small it's a joke. Will definitely not be back. This place sucks!
