  Food tastes amazing, but honestly service was shit from Maria, or I think Mari, she did not give me her proper name. I hate putting a complaint on someone but it was my friend’s birthday, so I just expected a great experience. Instead had very shitty rude service.

  We were really looking forward to our first visit to Top Golf Ontario since we had $125 in gift cards and planned to spend the full amount — plus we came prepared to tip in cash because we knew we probably can’t use the gift card for tipping. Unfortunately, our experience with our server, Carolyn O, was extremely disappointing. She was immediately not friendly when we said we didn’t want to extend an extra 15 minutes, she immediately rushed to cash us out as if she wanted us gone. She also told us one of the gift cards couldn’t be used without “pre-registering it,” but we used that same card right afterward at Outback with no problem at all. On top of that, we overheard a rude comment she made, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. No server should treat guests differently based on whether they’re using gift cards or how much they’re spending. This was our first visit to Top Golf, and unfortunately it will also be our last. In the past we have also purchased gift cards for top golf as gifts as well and we will never do that again because we wouldn’t want our friends to have a similar experience.

  It was fun. But man it's expensive even on half off days 😅 I paid $70 dollars for just one hour and 15 minutes with a friend. No food, just soft drinks. That's how they get you and with the time extensions. And the time goes by faaaast. But it was fun. Service was great. Definetly not something I would do every week though, maybe for just special occasions like birthdays. If the person that plays with you sucks at golf than it can get frustrsting while you wait for your turn. 😂

  Won’t Be Coming Back Our first visit to Top Golf Ontario, CA was extremely disappointing. Our server, Carolyn O, was rude and dismissive from the start, and we clearly overheard negative comments she assumed we wouldn’t hear that were about us. Her coworker even pulled her aside. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and not worth the price. We will not be returning, and if Carolyn O is your server, I highly recommend requesting someone else. Very poor service for a place that advertises premium customer experience.she also lied and said our gift card for $75 had to be pre registered yet we went to outback immediately after and they accepted the gift card no pre registration required. We used a gift card because we had never been to top golf ever before that friends purchased as a gift. Horrible experience.

  So much fun!! There were 10 of us and we had 2 bays. Our server, Arianna was very attentive. Food was delicious. We ordered the platter, chips/queso, and pretzle bites.
