  This Topgolf exceeds my expectations, staff is very friendly and attentive. Always a fun time here and the games at top golf are so fun. I’ve been here 2 times and both times were fantastic. Looking forward to the next visit

  They need to keep an eye on the wear and tear of the golf club's rubber grips. Any bay on the 2nd floor is mostly worn from my experience. Horrible wonky "T's" (The thing that holds your ball). Clubs with worn rubber grips.., New players that swing and their club goes flying elsewhere.👀 You want to be on the 3rd floor if you decide to play here, the equipment are somewhat nicer than anything on the 2nd floor.🙃 The chef also forgot my sauce I paid for towards my cheese fries so there's that. My waiter got me some to go so it was gucci. 🙂 The music is ok, just generic youtube videos of remixes of any song that's been played on the radio ever. 🙃🙂 It's a great time here for the most part.😁 I do wish it was cheaper. Membership starts at like 21.75/month and prices VARY heavily on time of day... Like... No one goes during the night, why is it only about 12-32±$ cheaper than noon-ish.... I'm paying 21.75 a month for a side of cheese fries, and a free hour of gameplay for a singular day. 👀😂

  Server Monique.M was rushing us cause her shift was ending we still had 12 1/2 minutes. They start the clock at the time of reservation not when you start the game …… so don’t stop to the bar or bathroom thinking you have time especially if your up stairs (our mistake 😓) Spent $108 2ppl & chips & salsa n skinny lemon pepper wings (not worth buying ) & 2 ginger ale smh then they close our section early and they was in such a rush to close when there was still more than 30 min rush to eat also the server was very rude by talking about us to other employees while looking at us… & had two other servers come to us when we didn’t even say anything rude or anything we just wasn t fast enough for her ……….. Our first time ever doing top golf btw I didn’t feel like they gave us the same service as other customers Also if they scared of ppl running out on tab they should have you pay for the time when you walk in the door and order food separately tab/ bill Felt very uncomfortable 😳 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ wouldn’t try this location again

  Went in the morning when it was quiet and had a booking. On arrival asked to pay for additional bay but not allowed as we were only a group of 4. Ridiculous considering it was half empty and this then reduced our fun as we planned on playing more. Just a strange business concept to deny people wanting to spend more money :) when the place was empty for 10 rows to our left Food was average, chicken nachos was 50 percent sauce. Beer didn’t taste like it was draft.

  I made reservation for my husband and his friends to go on his birthday for a little fun. It was our first time going there and I have to say we won't be going back to this location (I'm told the OC location is better). I left a deposit for the reservation and when we got there still ended up having to wait about 20 minutes to get placed in our bag and another 15 or so to get left-handed clubs. Mind you, the atmosphere is cool and the food was all right. About 20 minutes into playing the equipment started to malfunction and the staff member couldn't fix it. After about an hour, they finally moved us upstairs and we were able to play. So, what was supposed to be an hour and a half ended up being almost four in total. We were offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience and because it was his birthday he kind of jammed up our plans. Not only do we not get the discount it ended up being more than what was quoted when I made the reservation.
