  This location is going to start loosing customers. The usual lady (Asian) is very nice and always has items ready for the customer. Every time that I come and she’s not there it’s a mess. They are always missing items and they never have the soup ready. They ignore customers and give rude service.

  Basic as it gets. Menu was boring yet familiar, service was lackluster and obviously fueled by the necessity of income, that i completely relate with lol ive had plenty of jobs that I HAD to do, where I forced a smile and pretended to care because it was flip that burger or sleep on the street lol Food was bland, vegetables were flavorless, extra meat and cheese cost me that weeks car insurance payment, the sandwich, drink, chips & cookies cost more than my down deposit on vacation villa in the Caribbean lol. Bathroom was filthy, store was hot, AC must have been down. All in all i spent close to $40 for a basic, bland and boring long sandwich, 12 chips (YES I COUNTED THEM) a bottle of water and three cookies (the star of the dining out experience) the cookies really held it all together, those chewy sweet love biscuits are holding that place up in my opinion. If not for the white chocolate macadamia cookies my review would be more of a snort of derision and 1 star, but if im being honest....then I gotta give them a fair shake because those cookies were BOMB.COM fantabulous!

  Kind of ridiculous to pay $22 for a 12-in tuna sandwich. A Skippy of the tuna they put on. They want you to put a lot of lettuce on your sandwich to make it look more bigger than it actually is.

  Cashier was very rude and impatient, Guy making my sandwich was very polite and respectful but the cashier was very very rude, She rolled her eyes at me repeatedly, We did not unfortunately buy the sandwich because of the way the Guy wrapping the sandwich but I do not put any blame on him as he is in training and the cashier isn’t training him the way he should be trained.
