Ordered delivery of the family platter, still warm and still crispy. The sauces and seasonings really elevated each part of the dish. Every single part (spam, rice, mac, katsu) was obviously created very intentionally; in other words, they don’t just slap old rice in as an afterthought. It’s all delicious. I’ll be craving this for the foreseeable future.
