Me and my wife thank our lucky stars they chose to open a second location in Ontario cause we definitely used to make the trek to the original Rodeo 39 in the OC to have Shootz… and now look. What a blessing…wow. Get their katsu plate. get it! Also my son mentioned that Shootz has been at RodeoX for quite a while now but sadly seen others come and go. Good observation son. Let’s get more Shootz-quality places at Rodeo X. We can do this!

After more than twenty minutes, someone came over and asked, “Are you still waiting for Krystal’s order?” I said yes, and then he took my bag from the shelf and handed it to me. That bag had clearly been sitting on the shelf for at least ten minutes without anyone calling my name, while I was just sitting there waiting. When I got home, I also noticed that the sandwich bread was burnt and one of the Spam musubi was only about half the normal size. Are you serious? This used to be one of my favorite foods. I came back from out of state after three months, and this is what I experienced. The service was not good, and now even the food quality has gone downhill.

I arrived at 10:50am and I was told another 10 min. 40 min later, it’s 11:30am and I still didn’t have my food for my event which started at 11:30. They couldn’t say how much longer. Bad service, won’t cater here again. Which is unfortunate because the food is good.
