Love the atmosphere so much fun to see the animals come to life and the thunder and rain sound effects. It can be a bit loud for some kids so ear phones may be needed.
Sylvia is such a delight her kindness towards my special needs son was so thoughtful and selfless. Sylvia went above and beyond to be kind and patient.
So thankful for employees like Sylvia, John , and Rose. I have been a Landry”s member for over 15 years and love the program as while as the employee. Get a Landry”s card makes the trip so much more enjoyable.
Danny our server was so kind and friendly and always joyful to be around. So greatly for a company that brings out the best in their employees. Great leadership.

It had been a long time since I've been to the Rain Forest Cafe. My friend and I were looking forward to the food and the fun. Everything and everybody were amazing, but the food has taken a turn for the worse. The rasta pasta was dried with no flavor to pesto and alfredo sauce, it does not come with bread anymore either. My food was just ok, I got the lettuce wraps, the chicken was fine, but something was missing in this experience. I thank our server Lindsay for all her hard work. She was definitely the highlight of our dinner.

First, please, go to the reservation area and talk to their hostess. She looks like she is incredibly annoyed and angry to be there. Please, don't bother her. It's not like she is there to serve you in any way.
Then, after you wait for 1h to get a table, the restaurant is half empty and it takes 20 min for someone to get your order. That's right. No water, nothing for 20 min.
When someone finally notices you are there, you need to wait for another 30 min for your food, that you could have for half the price at any Applebee's. The food is not bad, but the service destroys the enjoyment. Rainforest cafe is just not worth it. Spend your money somewhere else. It looks like all the employees are angry and you are disturbing them.

My husband and I visited the Ontario Mills location after a long day of shopping a few weeks ago. We hadn’t been to a Rainforest Café in a long time. We were hungry and tired. We were seated fairly quickly, considering there was a decent size crowd due to the holidays. Our server, Renae, greeted us with a smile and was extremely attentive. She brought our drinks quickly and she made us feel relaxed after a long day. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and specialty cocktails and had a lot of great recommendations. That was very much appreciated. We plan on returning again with more of our family members. It was a reminder how sometimes you need to stop and enjoy the experience during the holidays.

That was a $120.00 mistake. My husband, my 5 yo son, and I went in around 12pm yesterday 12/27. We ordered a kids pizza with fries, and appetizer lava nachos and my husband had the shrimp platter. It was busy, dont get me wrong, but our food took almost 40 minutes to come out!! When I stood up to go ask for my check before receiving my food, so we could leave, My server came running around the corner with my food, so we sat down and tried to enjoy it. Granted, my son already received his pizza and fries 20 minutes prior, but he wouldnt touch that cardboard microwaved kids pizza. So I hoped I would like my food. Nachos were huge and pretty good, but chips were greasy. I also got a side of coconut shrimp which was very good but also very greasy. My husband's shrimp platter had nasty undercooked rice and over cooked shrimp which his coconut shrimp was also very greasy.I knew it wasnt my servers fault, she was the only one in there running circles around the others and literally sweating. So she still got her 20%. But it was disappointing that we paid $100 for mediocre food. I could have went to dennys and got my food in 10 minutes for 1/3 of the price and would have enjoyed my food. This is definitely a learning experience for our family, just sad that it turned out to be an expensive lesson.
