  This was the first time I had been here since about 2011-2012, when I was a kid. I wanted to relive some childhood nostalgia, and I was not disappointed. I got a pepperoni pizza flatbread for $16, making it an affordable and tasty option. The pizza was just like I remembered it as a kid; a thin, slightly crispy crust, and very stringy cheese, tasting fresh out of the oven. It was amazing. And the atmosphere was really cool too, I liked the animal animatronics, the starry night sky, and the animal and thunder noises. The waterfalls were really cool too. The place has a charming, slightly retro feel to it that I like. The waitress also brought the food really fast and the pizza came just as I wanted it. Overall, awesome experience, and I will return soon.

  Food was okay for the price range. The atmosphere is ALWAYS magical and we love that they've kept it the same however, they could paint some and give some animatronics a face lift. They change the menu a bit which was nice but removed a few things, including the delicious veggie patty for their burgers... SUPER disappointing! We love to visit for the experience however, PLEASE UPHOLD the quality of the restaurant so we can continue to make it our tradition to visit Rainforest for our family's birthdays... especially, don't lack on the experience. Your staff is incredibly polite and accomidating but the restaurant itself is losing it a bit. "WHERE ARE ALL THE FISH?!" a little 5 year old said. We see you slacking in some areas.. please don't stop doing what you all we were doing in the early days.

  Let me start by saying we love this place which is why it sucks that this last experience was so terrible. Service was non existent. Our waitress only came to our table three times one of wich I had to have someone else flag her down for us. The wait for the food was 40+ minutes and another 40+ minute wait for a volcano that we had ordered before our food. They forgot a birthday (we were celebrating two) one of my kids food was so cold when it was served we had to return it. Plates were left on the table and not cleared before the volcano was served leaving us scrambling for space. Alll in all it was memorable in all the wrong ways.

  ​We had an absolute blast at the Rainforest Cafe! The spectacular, immersive jungle environment is truly a destination, not just a place to eat. With cascading waterfalls and exciting animatronic animals,the "thunderstorms" are a highlight!, our daughter was completely captivated and entertained the entire time. ​This restaurant is perfect for families because the staff is incredibly kid-friendly and attentive. Our waitress, Amy, was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to cater to our daughter, which made the whole experience unforgettable for her. ​Highly recommend the Rainforest Cafe for a fun, adventurous, and family-focused dining experience!

  I got the wrong order. I ordered a black bean burger, and apparently you do not make these anymore. However, you are still showing this in Google and in your website?? Your prices are outdated as well?!?! I am a vegetarian, so then I ordered the Beyond burger. The lady bringing plates to the table brought me a plate. I asked her to check if this was my beyond burger. She asked and said it was. It turns out it was NOT beyond burger, it was a meat burger!! I do not eat meat. She ran back got my order! This just ruined my appetite! I brought my son to celebrate his birthday! Very disappointed! It was not Maria, the waitress' fault at all who was great. After giving my experience some thought, I should get some type of credit for this huge mixup. Yes, my son did get dessert since it was his birthday, but come on. And it was my first time at this location. Thank you for reading. Janet
