  Lindsey was absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down, she was kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful—especially with our toddler son. She went out of her way to make sure he was comfortable and happy, which made our entire experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Her patience, genuine care, and positive attitude really stood out. Lindsey is the kind of waitress who makes you want to come back. We can’t thank her enough!

  We come here often because my son, who is on the autism spectrum, absolutely loves all things animals — this is his favorite place. That alone makes it special to us. The food is always delicious, and tonight the service truly stood out. Eating out can sometimes be challenging with a child on the spectrum, and this evening was one of the tougher nights for us. However, our waiter, Jermaine, was exceptional. He was attentive, polite, and genuinely welcoming. More importantly, he made me feel comfortable in a moment that could have felt stressful. He handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. We’re very grateful for the experience. Jermaine, my man, you rock!!! Thanks for your service!   Renee was amazing. She kept us informed of the status of our food since it was busy. She leaned in close when our soft spoken son was asking her questions about the animals. This was our first time here and we are local, the food & service was beyond what we would expect. We loved the balloon animals & the opportunity for a souvenir photo. Thank you Renee for making our first but not last visit here memorable!

  Rainforest Cafe was such a fun experience, especially since it was my first time going. The whole jungle atmosphere is honestly the best part. The animals moving around, the random thunderstorms, and all the little details make it feel like you are inside a theme park instead of just at dinner. The food was good and came out pretty quick, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It just made for a really fun and memorable night. Definitely a great spot if you want something different and a little more exciting than a typical restaurant!

  I tried making a reservation online and it wasn’t working. It was just going in circles. Walked up to the host to stand at 11:30 AM and let her know what happened and first you try to tell me that they were booked for the day on reservations and I explained that I can make it online here but look how it’s going in the circles She then told me all let me make it for you and she did and it was fine. So it was made for 2 PM for my wife , myself and my granddaughter. We were only there cause my granddaughter wanted to eat with the monkeys. We got seated and within a few minutes the guy that makes balloon balloons came over and made a stitch balloon for my granddaughter. During this time, several servers walked by never acknowledged us nothing. After about 20 to 25 minutes of sitting there finally this one server asked if we’ve been helped we explained no and she said oh let me get your order. We placed our drink orders and food. My wife wanted lasagna and it was explained that the stove wasn’t working good and that it takes extra time right now and we were OK with that as we had time. While we’re waiting, my wife and granddaughter are both finished their drinks so I had coffee finish mine. Nobody came around asking if we’d like refills, including a personal item as soon was like a floor manager in a server with nowhere to be found. Honestly, this is not the first time something like this has happened. We left the last time without getting anything and the last time we were there the service was exceptional. I was OK with going back. About 3:05 PM The server comes up to the table and asked what was our order? At that point, I knew something happened to the ticket and she admitted that somehow she lost a ticket and was really sorry about it. We now did not have time for my wife to get her lasagna and I had ordered a chopped salad and at this point, I was not hungry anymore. We wanted to make sure our granddaughter got her spaghetti cause that’s what she wanted. She got that and my wife just ordered a regular house salad. I just sat there and had my cup of coffee. The server of course let us know that all don’t worry about the bill. It’s on the house. We’re so sorry. During the entire visit again, the person I assume is like a floor manager, we can just see him walking around, standing around talking, but at no point did kind of supervisor come to the table.
