My pizza (I paid for online) had been ready 10 minutes prior to getting there but i still ended up waiting for about 30 minutes after arriving because the person who was supposed to be taking orders was in the back way more than they were in the front. Maybe they are understaffed (there were at least 2 dedicated people in the back and the third person who was supposed to be handling the front). But the worst part is when i got my pizzas, i found that they didn't even get the order right. It had some of the toppings but it was missing a few like olives and tomatoes. But because I waited so long to get it, and the line was so long of other people waiting, I just took it to not cause anymore delays for others.

Called Pizza Hut to see where my order was Whoever answered the phone on 11/8 @630 was very rude and did not care my food was over 40 minutes late and not yet delivered. Told me he was gonna trespass me if I came up there and was banned from their location because I told him he acted like he didn’t care what was going on. I requested a refund. Told him I was going to come to re order and I was told he would call the police. Really So dissatisfied. All because I wanted my order.
