  Our server was super fast and friendly. And this was the best filet I've ever had in a restaurant. Even had a small chat with another table. Everything was so nice :)

  Excellent experience! Very friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin with 2 sides, they have an good variety of side choices. I ended up with a caesar salad & baked potato. The waitress was excellent checking on us repeatedly. I was pleasantly surprised because most restaurants these days someone takes your order & you never see them again... I will absolutely return to this location.

  Went on a Sunday night it took a bit for us to be seated which was understandable. We were seated in a not so busy section. Must have waited 20 min for anyone to come over and acknowledge us. The server then came a bit after the first encounter, she took our drink order…it took approximately 15 min to even get those, the cups were dirty the drinks had food particles in them floating. When it was brought to her attention she huffed and puffed and asked are you sure. I proceeded to point them out to her. She took the cups away, and did not return for quite sometime. A male server had to bring our drinks…..the server came back to ask if we were ready to order, as we proceeded to give her the order she kept fidgeting with the tablet and deleted the order. I calmly gave it to her again. We waited 45 min for 2 baked potatoes, 2 Mac and cheese and a pasta plate, with fried mushrooms. The food was cold, and no condiments were brought out for the potatoes as requested. I waited again patiently for the server whom never showed up, the other male server asked if we needed anything to which I asked for the condiments. I also requested to speak to a manager. The manager approached and I explained that I was very unhappy, rather than apologizing he had a confused look on his face gave me a discount and walked off. One I did not want a discount, 2 I was requesting either our food to be reheated or remade, he walked off and never came back!!! Unbelievable!!!

  We ordered 3 steaks medium-rare but were served 1 rare, 1 medium-rare, and 1 medium. I expect a steakhouse to cook to order. The server was sufficiently prompt. We had a party of 8 with no reservation and were seated at 2 tables across the aisle. When we asked about switching tables once the current party leaves, we were told that the table was reserved and although they don't typically take reservations, this location would for a large party if contacted directly. There were several large parties, many with children. We'd probably go to the Upland location next time.

  ***** Haven't been to Outback in a long time and so glad we decided to stop in. The food was delicious as I remembered if not better, and the service was exceptional. Our server Megan was amazing and very attentive to our needs. She even recommended tasty menu items we never got to try before. 10/10 experience, We definitely will be stopping in more often. *****
