I reported in the app that the delay was because the store DID NOT make the food for my order, yet somehow THEY filed a complaint against ME??? How is that even possible? Well... at least they are consistent. Wrong again, and food was cold. Not only that, I hear one employee say to another, I'm gonna be a smart as today with customers.
