Right next to Ontario Mills it's easy to get to quick access to the 15 freeway and the 10 and the service is really good.

I called twice today, knowing that on Wednesday that they clean the machine that produces the frappes. Called twice to know when would be a good time to come in. Called at 7:16 AM to know if the frappes would be available. The woman who had answered had told me yes, nothing more. When I went, I was told by the attendant through the speaker that it’d take 30 minutes still. Very annoying that I called to make sure but still wasn’t able to get the drink. I work nearby and can only visit the establishment once per work day and it was just wasted.

Best spicy McCrispy I've ever had. I'm not from the area but this is one of the best McDonald's I've been to but the best part was the customer service. I hope I'll be back soon. ❤️

I got the wrong order, called in to request a refund or replacement this morning. I got a combo that was $6 was a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin combo (got a McGriddle only).
We agreed that I could hold onto the food, and come back later for a meal replacement of equal value. I was given a $5 meal deal.
Service was fast and friendly in tone but before I could upgrade to get my moneys worth, even if I had to pay a difference, they had already printed the receipt. I understand being swamped during lunch hour but I felt disregarded.
Most of the time it’s okay, with the exception of fries occasionally being underserved (approx halfway of the container)
