Came to the drive thru ordered a couple things one being a big Mac no pickle it was messed up no biggie went back for a swap usually you think they will let me keep this one since you don’t wanna waste food and you can see I’m showing them it is wrong but they threw that poor food away and there was no apology or like hey I’ll give you a freebie for messing your order up so disappointing it took me talking to the lady for her to offer anything I just said I would have Gaven the burger with pickles to my kids instead of it being thrown out America for you !

On December 2nd I pulled early morning around 6 am. I mention to the person in the drive thru that the day before my coffee was too sweet. Upon arriving to the window she gave me my coffee and I mention to her that the prior morning my coffee was too sweet. The next words were “OK”. I was really. Not even a sorry. I was not given a receipt and had to knock on the window because employee shut the window on me. The manager came over and I’m sure he heard over his headset my issue and his attitude was very unpleasant. This was my favorite restaurant on my way to work. I believe the way you handle your customers is very important since you might be the first person that interacts and can make a difference and even impact the way that customer will have the rest of his/ her day. In my case I was so upset that my drive to work I could not focus on my driving. Both manager and employee need retraining on customer service. I will not return nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.
