This is the worst location I’ve been to. I prepaid for my order online and arrived 10 minutes early, and they told me they couldn’t give me my order yet. I asked if I could just place a new order through the drive-through and get it immediately, and they said yes… which makes no sense. They ended up remaking my entire box of donuts and refunding me, but still wouldn’t give me the donuts I had already paid for — even though they were right there in the display. Being told I couldn’t have my food because I was 10 minutes early is ridiculous. The staff was also slightly rude and unhelpful. I genuinely don’t understand why I couldn’t receive food I already paid for when I was physically there and they clearly had the donuts ready. Very frustrating experience.

We stopped by for an after dinner coffee. Jante and Jayla were incredible, nice and super friendly This Krispy Kreme stays busy, the donuts are always fresh and warm. The service, no matter how busy, is always great. Jante and Jayla are both incredibly nice and helpful.

Krispy Kreme is a well-known chain, but this location does an especially great job of keeping standards high. The donuts were fresh, soft, and perfectly glazed — classic Krispy Kreme quality that never disappoints. The coffee was also surprisingly aromatic and paired well with the donuts. The store was extremely clean and well-organized, and since we visited on a weekday afternoon, it wasn’t crowded at all. The calm, comfortable atmosphere made the experience even better. The staff were friendly and patient, and I really appreciated how welcoming they were — even when kids came in to redeem a free donut through the report card “A” program, the service was still warm and kind with no attitude. Overall, this location feels well-run, clean, and genuinely customer-focused. Solid quality, great service, and a pleasant environment — definitely a place I’d happily return to and recommend.
