  First time visiting. 1hr wait after purchasing 4 game cards for my kids. I brought up my inconvenience to Jeff the Manager on duty without hesitation he got us a table. Our waiter Robert was very helpful even though he may have been overwhelmed with tables. I appreciate the service. I’ll come back a little more prepared for the wait time. I recommend coming if your ok with the wait time

  Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was clearly short-staffed, but the wait time was over an hour. After finally getting a table, we sat for another 10 minutes with no service at all. The menus were sticky, the floor was full of food, and overall cleanliness seemed neglected. The arcade was also hit or miss — some machines worked, others didn’t, and several felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I understand busy nights happen, but cleanliness and basic service should still be a priority. Hopefully this improves, because it could be a great place with better management and upkeep

  I visited this location on Thursday, December 18th, to watch the Seahawks vs. Rams game. The atmosphere was excellent and the place wasn't crowded, which was perfect for enjoying the game. However, the service and kitchen experience were terrible. There were only two of us, and we were seated in the restaurant area, not at the bar. While our waitress was nice when taking our initial order, the food took an eternity to arrive. The most frustrating part was when we ordered a second round of wings: we waited for 45 minutes, and since they never arrived, we eventually had to cancel the order and leave. At one point, we asked another waiter for help, and he told us he would find our server, but he never followed through. We had to stay on the lookout just to catch our waitress from a distance to get her attention. The food is mediocre at best, but the service has a massive area of opportunity for improvement. It’s a shame because the vibes are great for sports, but the poor service ruined the experience.

  Management is Horrible at this location. Disorganized, a bunch of wait staff but many were not there, then just showed up at the same time as if they had all gone somewhere. It was still disorganized even when they all came. We waited almost 20 minutes for a waiter to come to our table and to get water. The food delivery guy (who was trying to help us) had to go find us a waiter. Finally ordered food, when food came out my order was wrong. Then we didn't have any utensils on the table, my guy had to go find some utensils so we could eat. Asked a wait staff he passed but he never brought us any. We finally got utensils from the bartender! When we talked to tge manager, he didn't apologize or anything and just said we would be refunded my sandwich then walked away. Just a horrible eating experience from beginning to end. We should have been alerted to how unorganized it was when we arrived and so many tables were not bussed and left sitting dirty. Nothing like the Dave & Busters in LA that's more elevated and does cater some to their adult customer base. The Ontario CA location has a juvenite, lower standard feel. Nothing award winning about it.We have no plans on returning.

  What a time at Dave & Buster's!!! You can look forward to long waits for seating, for drink delivery, for food order plus food delivery. This pairs well with absent and confused staff, from the hostesses, to the server, to the bartender. For $18 you can get 8 quail sized bone-in wings! Also, I completely feel it is valid to prioritize guests who pay more for reservations, to watch a professional fight, than those just looking to eat and play games. And don't worry, if you just want to leave after dinner, no need to ask for a refund on the chips you repurchase when you entered - "they will be usable if you, hopefully, want to visit one of our other locations in the future ". Thank you Dave & Buster, for a memorable first impression of your brand! 🥰🎮🍗🍻 **EDIT** Was asked to call to provide contact info. During the initial explanation, the representative hung up the phone on me. His name, funny enough was Dave... Again, thank you Dave & Buster's for a memory I will never forget!!! 🤦‍♂️
