  Same as other reviews, on February 28, Saturday, around 12:30 pm, only 2 other tables were occupied, the restaurant service was horrible, that's explain why the restaurant was not full, our server Maya never brought utensils to us, the food took forever to arrive, two orders never came and still charging us.

  I've been to this place a few times and every time I wish I could say was a good time...this location is a hit or miss sometimes they are good sometimes they are not. I've had a few times where the food took a long time in the middle of the day not busy. But this weekend I went to this location the service was horrible took over an hour and a half for our food goult our food asked for utensils and then was forgot about again by the time we got our utensils the food was cold and soggy had to send it back they made it again but then forgot the chicken and then made it again but for Togo offered a free dessert which we had to wait again for this was almost 3 hours of our time by the time we got everything we were already tired and worn out didn't even want to play but we ended up doing so but most of the games were not working just be cautious it's a hit or miss

  We went last week and the bartender was SO rude from the start for no reason, just sassy vibes. I wish I got her name. She was a little on the older side. Lightish brown hair? But I asked if it was happy hour, she said yes, so I asked for wine & my date asked for a beer. She gave us drinks that were not on happy hour and didnt even tell us that they weren't gonna be happy hour prices if we ordered them. After asking if it was happy hour She showed us a list of wines and beer that were NOT on happy hour so we chose from that list thinking it would be on happy hour. Never wasting money here again.

  Overall, it wasn't bad if you consider everything. However, they removed a bunch of games that were awesome like the star wars battle pod amongst some other options that I adored. It is no longer for kids to adults and it is definitely just for kids with a bar for the parents to get faded whilst listening to a cacophony of children's screams, laughter, and stupid sayings like "6-7" all day long. The deals are great though and the Valentine's special was excellent

  Slow, bad service. Mid food. Took 15min after we sat down before someone came to our table. Food came out slowly. Disorganized and a lot of inexperienced waiters at the front end and probably disorganized kitchen in the back end as well. Tables have obvious sticky and water/beverage marks from the previous users. Had to ask for utensils and napkins cos they were not brought out with food. What kind of restaurant is even this? Waiter questions you about no appetizer when you order two entrees one drink for party of two. The supposedly “legendary” burgers are just kid sized burgers. In n out is better. I guess the portion size of the burger was why she questioned. Truly legendary.
