Although it took a moment to get our section fully set up, the staff accommodating us on such short notice made it completely understandable. The food was decent not quite what I anticipated but the fun we had more than made up for it. The kids absolutely enjoyed themselves in the gaming area, and the facility itself was clean and well maintained. Our waitress worked hard and stayed attentive. While we did have to flag her down a couple of times, it was understandable given how packed the area was. Overall, the service was solid, and the team made sure our party ran smoothly. In the end, the positive atmosphere, accommodating staff, and the kids excitement made this a truly enjoyable and memorable event. I would definitely consider coming back.

The only negative was the disappointing arrival experience as the host station was unstaffed and once seated, it took some time to place our order due to a busy dining room. After that, however, our server (Olivia) and support staff were very attentive, food came out all at once as it was prepared almost as ordered yet tasty, and the atmosphere felt energetic.

As far as the arcade it has many games to choose from and have games for all ages 10/10 don't eat here at all eat before or after.

Not 1 refill either. I could reward this in my tip but the options don't go lower than 18% and they literally hold the device while you pay. Total bummer. Surprisingly the appetizers were pretty solid though.
