  I booked a day of birthday for myself with 12 folks, my fault yeah but we had Marina as our server and she absolutely killed it! Always attentive, making sure our drinks were good, we had our food and napkins and silverware. She was superb! Next time I host a gathering here, we are for sure requesting her!

  The service was awful. They were slow to get our food order, we had to ask for place settings and water refills, the food that kept coming out was wrong and they didn’t try to figure out what was wrong, the games that were out of order were not labeled as such and took credits from the cards, and the manager on shift made excuses for the issues.

  TO BE HONEST THE WORKERS REALLY SUCKED.... I ASKED A FEW OF THEM IF SOMEONE CAN PLEASE CLEAN OUR TABLES OF ALL OUR USED CUPS AND PLATES & NOTHING... I ASKED A MANAGER SHE PICKED UP 2 PLATES AND NEVER CAME BACK... IT WAS 15 OF USE SO JUST THINK HOW MANY PLATES AND CUPS OF BEER WE HAD ON OUR TABLES... TRYING TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY NIECE'S AT HER 14TH BIRTHDAY.... NOT A 1ST TIME VISIT... DON'T THINK WE'LL EVER GO BACK

  Slow, bad service. Mid food. Took 15min after we sat down before someone came to our table. Food came out slowly. Disorganized and a lot of inexperienced waiters at the front end and probably disorganized kitchen in the back end as well. Tables have obvious sticky and water/beverage marks from the previous users. Had to ask for utensils and napkins cos they were not brought out with food. What kind of restaurant is even this? Waiter questions you about no appetizer when you order two entrees one drink for party of two. The supposedly “legendary” burgers are just kid sized burgers. In n out is better. I guess the portion size of the burger was why she questioned. Truly legendary.

  Terrible, terrible, terrible! Requested a table for two at 3:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon and they told us it was a 45 minute wait. I asked for a table not a booth nor a high top bar table as I had knee replacement surgery 7 weeks ago and I can only sit in a chair that slows me to stretch my leg out. Looking around there was at least 40 open tables Hostess said they were reserved for the UFC fight. What ever happened to customer service? You have customers but won’t seat them. Come on it’s 3:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon and you don’t have the servers to use your tables. We waited 40 minutes and left because there were still 14 people ahead of us. You couldn’t seat 2 people, senior citizens , one was using a walker not able to stand for a long time. We will never return and will tell all our friends and family and everyone we can how Dave n Busters treat disabled senior citizens. How disgusting and disrespectful!
