  Today the 29th I wasn’t given any service at the front register because the manager said there busy and the kiosk didn’t have what I wanted so I was turned away. This place needs re-training

  Erika and her crew always come clutch with food at night ! Food is always fresh and cooked very well! She goes above and beyond and always works fast regardless of they are busy they work fast and make it happen!!

  "During my visit today at 11:26 AM, I experienced a notable lapse in customer service. Upon arrival, two staff members at the front were occupied with their mobile phones and did not attend to me. It wasn't until a team member finishing with a drive-thru order noticed and offered assistance that I was able to get my drink cup. Even after I requested and used the restroom, I waited for an extended period, yet my order remained uncalled. I eventually had to approach the counter again to seek an update. I waited a considerable amount of time for my order, only to go to the front and find it had not been prepared. Upon speaking with an employee, it was revealed that my tostada had been forgotten. To my dismay, a shorter female staff member then began to laugh when this was communicated. To make matters worse, the tostada that was eventually made incorrectly included beans, despite my specific request to omit them. This combination of poor service, lack of accountability, and an incorrect order makes this the worst Pollo Loco location I have visited.

  A security guard sexually harassed me here then called the police on me because I refused his advances . He lied to Ontario police and Ontario police did nothing but harass me.
