    Experience was ok price for the meal combo was good, my BIG problem with Arby's they discontinued the three pepper sauce so I might not be going back there much, My family doesn't like their other sauces so sad they discontinued the sauce

    My grandma ordered in the drive through and when she got home she had nothing good to say about her experience. Usually Drive through places will occasionally mess up orders and thats understandable, but the person who took my grandma's order was rude to her, huffy and impatient saying "yeah I got it" in an annoyed tone and rushed her through. she got the order and took a quick look in the bag but was shooed away before she could see if everything was correct. They charged her for 4 fries on top of the two meals even though she only ordered the two meals and one sandwich was missing in addition to the 4 extra fries they added to her order. I dont know if they were trying to add food onto an order they assumed they could steal from or if it was an honest mistake. but with the attitude my grandma said he had I'm more inclined to think the first. This also isnt the first time its happened and is why we generally dont go to this particular arbys. I dont usually post reviews either, in fact my first thought was to call and speak to the manager about the situation, but after the first call (which they never answered) my next two were immediately declined which tells me they were either super busy or declining my call on purpose so I couldn't speak to a manager. Moral of the story, dont let them shoo you through the line and double check what they input on the receipt.
