  I would not return to this restaurant. The experience was not what I remember for Swiss Chalet. The service was poor, the food was not presented well and we only ate half our meals. My fiesta salad had no fiesta to it. The chicken didn't have the spice on it as described in the menu. The waitress tried - the food took a long time to be served and we had to keep asking for things because she didn't visit the table to see how things were.

  Came on Saturday for dinner and was super impressed! The host was very nice and our server, i believe her name was Emily, went above and beyond to give us amazing service. Will definitely be back.

  I had scheduled my order over an hour ahead through Uber. After waiting long enough that a customer who came in after me knocked on the counter as no one was coming I found they never even accepted the scheduled order. I could understand this but Instead of being honest they just told me it would be a few minutes even though I could easily tell they just hadn't accepted the order until I arrived. There was no honesty, no apology, the workers seemed annoyed instead. Absolutely horrific experience.

  My server Laura was impeccable, I came in during the dinner rush and she was happy and helpful answered my question about the spice level on my meal and was overall a joy to be around. Would give 6 stars if I could.

  We often visit Swiss Chalet. I’ve yet to complete one of these surveys, the service and food are always fine but I can’t remember the last time my order came correctly on the first try or we haven’t had to wave down our server for refills. However, this visit was different. We were served by Prateek this Friday and the service was exceptional! We were greeted promptly and our orders taken. His timing was excellent and we didn’t feel rushed, interrupted or forgotten about. He offered refills of our sauces when he saw we were getting low. This man was one step ahead of us with perfect timing! Prateek is an excellent server and a generally attentive person. This location is lucky to have him as part of their team.
