  UPDATE: So was changed from a 1* to a 3* as the area manager Wade very promptly took care of the issue and went over and beyond to rectify the issue. I will say upper management is definitely on point just wish the store could follow suit.. I called the store about an issue with my two chicken parmesan subs I order delivery from them. First off there was absolutely no cheese, the chicken was cold, have no marinara sauce and had hot sauce on it that I never ordered. When I called was told no manger was available but they would call me tomorrow. I waited all day for all call yesterday and today and finally I called back. Was told the manager wasn't in again but maybe I could try tomorrow or the next day even though the manager was supposed to have already called me. I told them I would just reach out to head office as this wasn't the way this should've been handled after bad food. Then a few minutes later a lady called back from Mr Sub to tell me they would replace my subs and left them my name and number and all seemed fixed. Then when asking if could get a name so could let them know who I spoke to they hung up. So I called back a few times with being picked up and hung up. Thinking this is just getting ridiculous I called from my gfs phone. Well the manager who wasn't apparently there answered and told me I wouldn't be getting food replaces as they had been getting scammed a lot. I gave him my order number and he looked it up to confirm I had indeed ordered food, I as well offered him a photo of the food cause the manager was saying his workers said the food was made properly. He then got belligerent with me telling me I had scammed him 5 other times though I have only ordered twice and first time was pick up and my food was perfect as I was there while they were made. I have never been more disgusted with service from anywhere. I have left a picture of one of the subs and you tell me if looks like what a chicken parmesan sub is supposed to look like. Beware of this Mr Sub as they are extremely rude and very abusive

  Every time I order a sub from here, it feels thrown together very carelessly, and the ingredients always seem old, or slightly stale. Big difference in quality versus the Mr. sub on the other side of town, who does a fantastic job. This Franchise location needs to pick up their standards, with respect.

  After spending 10 mins in line at the other Mr. Sub tonight, all family members wanted Greek bread and none was available when we reached the counter. I said it was okay, we will go to the other location (another person in line made comments about us leaving to get what we intended on getting) Went to this location and was not disappointed, the workers are amazing 😍 and never fail! They even labbel my son's sub so we knew what one they were sharing.

  I eat here a couple times a week. Very polite workers here. Clean environment and fresh toppings. *unlike subways!*
