  Based on several visits: Service is slow, orders wrong, drive through staff are either not properly trained or won't input your 4-digot code to link to your app for promos. When addressed at the pay window the attendant makes a big-to-do about it. Again, either not properly trained or just weaponized incompetence. Management of this location has reached out via email after feedback submitted on the app, was promised a voucher for a meal after providing my home address, the voucher promised was never sent. The other McDonalds location is faster, better trained and served properly.

  We were told the kiosk were closed not the inside and the white larger lady was very rude about telling us to leave and I told her she should be nicer and she continued her aggressive and rude behaviour. I expect better. Not every teenager that comes in is there to cause trouble, I just wanted food.

  Sad to say but the big Mac sauce tasted sour and the Pepsi was so watery I couldn't drink it, however the fries were good. I've never had any issues at any other McDonald's, in any other city I've lived in or visited. Sorry, but truth must be told. I will never eat here again

  Max was really good at making my super complex order I had to ask for his name personally and complement his work.
