  The food is always great, but the service is always a travesty. This place almost guarantees frustration. Always check your bag before leaving because most of the time something is missing. The music inside is loud and irritating, so I highly recommend avoiding dining in. Due to severe staffing shortages expect a wait time of around 30 minutes. I recommend ordering using the kfc app in advance. Although, the app has its own issues like refusing to process your order after you've gotten to the final stage of paying.

  I called twice at 10:45 pm in the night to place an order No one answered. I drove to kfc and placed order. Asked this guy about my call. He simply said WE DONT ANSWER IF WE ARE BUSY. No smile or hi when I walked in too. No apologies for not answering. I am not here for charity food thank you. I understand your day might be busy and its night but forget about smile, atleast an apology saying hey sorry we were busy so din answer the call. Update after coming home in less than 5 mins. I sat in parking lot ate fries. 🍟 they’re not fresh. Totally disappointed

  Absolute Worst Experience Ever. Avoid This Location! Location: KFC Woodstock, Ontario Spent: Over $40 for two new hot flaming Cheetos meal boxes If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I came to this location hoping to enjoy a meal together. Knowing how fast-food chains often let items sit under heat lamps, we deliberately and politely asked the person in charge if we could please have fresh, hot patties and items rather than pre-cooked food that had been sitting around. He looked us in the eye and said yes. What followed was nothing short of a complete disaster: Broken Promises: After waiting 10–15 minutes in a restaurant that was virtually empty (there were literally only two other customers in the entire place), we were handed food that was completely old and clearly pre-cooked for a very long time. Zero Respect for Customers: We were more than happy to wait—we weren't in a rush, and it only takes about six minutes to cook a fresh patty. There was no excuse for giving us stale food when they weren't even busy. Incompetent Recovery: When we went back to complain, the manager took the food back and brought us back thigh pieces instead of the actual meal we ordered. To make matters worse? They were still old and pre-cooked. Hard-Earned Money Wasted: We paid over $40 out of pocket, received zero refund, and ended up with food we couldn't eat. We ultimately gave the meal to a homeless person (which at least put it to some good use), but losing our hard-earned cash to such utter incompetence is infuriating. It takes minimal effort to respect a simple, polite request—especially when a customer is explicitly willing to wait. KFC Canada needs to seriously step in and do something about this Woodstock store. This is easily the worst restaurant experience my wife and I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this place.

  Absolute worst KFC experience. We spent $40+ on two Flaming Cheetos meal boxes at the Woodstock location. The store was nearly empty (only two other customers), and we politely asked for fresh, hot patties, explicitly stating we were happy to wait. The manager agreed. After a 15-minute wait, we were handed completely old, pre-cooked food. When we complained, the manager took it back and brought out the wrong items (chicken thighs)—and they were still old and stale. No refund was given, and our hard-earned money went to waste. It takes minimal effort to fulfill a simple, polite request to cook fresh food, especially in an empty store. Total lack of basic customer service. KFC Canada needs to audit this location. Save your money and avoid!

  This had to be the worst KFC we have had. I don't know how it was possible, but the chicken sandwiches were undercooked, yet the chicken itself was extremely dry. The bucket of chicken was so greasy you couldn't even enjoy eating it. I can't say the restaurant was appealing from the outside either. I should have just stayed home and made my own chicken from the grocery store.
