  The service today was excellent. The employees were friendly, attentive, and very professional. My food came out fast and tasted amazing. It’s clear that the team cares about providing a great experience for customers. I will definitely be coming back again soon.

  Ordered by phone. Was told via app order was ready. Went to store and waited 30 minutes. KFC doesn't taste like it used too.

  I went to kfc on Sunday Aug 16th and got the boneless deal, that srves 4 people. When I got home I was missing the 4 dips. I phoned them and he said I can get them the next time I come. WELLLLLL, I went the Tues Aug 18th and ordered 2 specials, popcorn combo and a small gravy. When I went to pay it was $24 and change. I asked for a receipt. I had to pull up and wait for my order. I asked the young man 8f my receipt wD in the bag. Well it wasn't. I left and then realized I didn't get my gravy, so I went back and asked why my order was so much. Apparantly the specials went up, don't know to what because I didn't get a receipt and the guy tried printing one out and it didn't work. I was charged almost $12 for my popcorn chicken combo. Thinking I was getting it for $4.49. I don't think the combo was worth $12 as there was hardly any fries. I took a pic of it, sure the HELL wasn't worth no $12

  Outstanding service from the moment I walked in! The team greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome right away. My order was taken quickly and prepared fast. The chicken tasted fresh and delicious, and the sides were hot and flavorful. The dining area and counters were spotless, and everything looked well organized. Great teamwork and leadership at this location — I will absolutely be coming back!

  Open the door and that tells you everything. What a stench. I'm guessing they use the washroom mop and water from washing the bathrooms as they do for the main dining area. Management: you must use a fresh bucket of water to cleans the dining room and mops cannot be cross contaminated. Keep mops separate and always use fresh water.
