  Great customer service ! They missed an item in a large takeout order but delivered it in record speed with no questions asked. Very satisfied

  I bought 2 Zinger sandwiches through the drive-thru, and right away they told me to park and wait 5 minutes. Honestly, I thought, “Great, at least the sandwiches will be fresh.” Unfortunately, that was not the case. The burgers were soggy, tasted old, poorly prepared, and barely had any toppings. For a $23 order, you’d at least expect napkins in the bag, but apparently you only get them if you ask. The food quality was terrible, and the service wasn’t much better. The attitude from the guy at the drive-thru made the experience even worse. I’d say “do better,” but it honestly feels like reviews aren’t even being read. Consumers beware.

  Well..... after waiting about 27min for my order that included 2 sandwiches and 3 sliders I was less than impressed at the time. And to top it off when I arrived home I was missing a slider. My fault for assuming they did their job correctly. What an embarrassment this location is.

  My husband and I went to KFC yesterday to get dinner to take home. We went in and used the computer prompter. Tried one, didn't work, went to another, the screen was so filthy so we moved to the third one. We put our order in and it did not give us a receipt but I checked the screen at the counter and it went thru. My name was clearly written with a number. We waited and waited while orders were being filled. I then noticed my name switched over to the right side of the board as ready to pick up. The person at the counter asked me if I had an order, I said yes it's right there under my name. He asked for proof of purchase. I said the machine did not give me a receipt. After arguing with them and repeating my name I went into my bank app and told them the purchase went through. Our order was very expensive!! I showed them a few times my name on the board and it said order was ready!! Finally they gave us our order, we went to the car to make sure we had received the completed order. It was. We will never come back to this establishment again! Not even an apology!

  I had a 2 piece combo with a fountain drink. One, call me old but I don't like the ordering at kiosks. Two , its 2 piece but its actually 1 1/2. A leg and a thigh cut in half. I know this is everywhere but its my complaint. I do love the coleslaw, just like my Mom used to make. Fries were a little hard. I like KFC but its not like it used to be. The service however was good. The server accommodating and friendly.
