My friend and I were here this evening August 30th. To no fault of anyone working, the fire alarms started going off. Multiple servers came to our table to tell us to not worry but continued taking orders to other tables. I was under the assumption working in this field, that people are to evacuate regardless of the seriousness when an alarm is going off for an extended period of time. It’s just protocol. We all were also expected to stand out in the rain when they finally decided that they needed to evacuate the building, and then come back in and pretend that it didn’t happen with air conditioning blasting while soaked, also the fire alarm was still going off when coming back in. Again, these things happen. My friend and I inquired about something and the very sweet young male food runner asked the one older blonde ‘’manager’ about it and we could overhear her being not so polite. We were sitting on the bar side. We have been to this location multiple times and were very disappointed. That’s an understatement. As a server myself I am flabbergasted by how this situation was handled. Again, no fault of anyone for the situation at hand, it’s just how it was handled was completely unprofessional. We still paid full price for our $200 meal, but even a free spin dip on the house or something for the next time would have been appreciated besides a I’m so sorry after being soaked and still deciding to come back in and wait for our food that should have been ready otherwise. As a server, we all talk, but talk behind the lines not in front of guests, situations like this, follow protocols. Our server was beyond kind- but this could have been handled much differently and your manager needs to learn professionalism and empathy, or damage control which is quite easy sometimes. Thankfully this was not a serious situation, but again, could have been handled better.

Well this is nothing against the establishment it’s selfie but the situation was not handled properly. Well sitting at east side Mario’s this evening of august 30 2026 the fire alarm started going off. No president from staff was made to evacuate the building and everything was made to be “fine”. Every time a staff member approached the table it was fine although there’s a blaring alarm going off. After almost ten minutes of sitting in this then we are asked to evacuate the building being sent out into the rain. Coming back into the establishment the air conditioning was blasting and the food was already ready although we’ve been out in the rain for an extended period of time. Our sever was amazing and tried to accommodate accordingly although more could have been done. This review is to reflect on the lack of concern for this incident if there were to have been a fire and an individual would have been hurt that’s a new ball game. East side Mario’s prepare your staff for all situations

My husband and I went here for dinner last night & we have never been to this location (even though we’ve lived here for 8 years!) as soon as we walked in we were impressed by the atmosphere etc. From the first greeting of our waitress Alyssa we were very impressed ! Throughout the entire dinner we kept telling each other how impressed we were with our waitress as well as the food! 10/10 recommend !! We will definitely be coming back very soon ! 🙌🏼

Very fun family dining Italian restaurant. The two times I was there they were hosting family get togethers and team parties. So, the atmosphere is festive and boisterous. Fun, but not intimate dining. The food was very good and we left very full and happy! Service both times was above and beyond friendly and efficient. The bottomless salad bowl was an offering reminiscent of Olive Garden, but very nicely done with an option of Caesar or garden salad. Very tasty and refreshing !

My husband myself and oir 2 granddaughters came for dinner Aug 12 at about 745pm. We were seated close to the bar and our server was to be the bartender however she apparently was to busy and was replaced with Jeremy C Well let me tell you, he may very well be one of the best servers we have ever had. We come to your restaurant from St Thomas and have never been disappointed. Jeremy was very kind attentive and accurate never mind very very personable. East Sides is lucky to have him as part of their team. We will definitely be back and hope to have him again. Cheers
