  Believe the reviews. This place is trash and can’t follow order instructions. Ordered through the online pickup website and paid extra for items that were never put on. When I called the store to ask for the item to be refunded that I never received, she said she couldn’t do the refund because I ordered online and will have to call customer service. What kind of customer service is that? How about next time, ensure you’ve read through the customers order and that it’s made correctly before handing it over. Especially since the restaurant was DEAD inside, not a single person but myself.

  Done the mistake of not checking reviews, ordered the Fried rice. The food was very dry, I usually order from Thai express and just ate from a different location the day prior. I have requested some of the Plum sauce packets (the ones given to take outs with the soy sauce packets). The lady at the cashier (horrible customer service). Says it’s 1$ Dollar a pack. I ordered 2 plates of fried rice and she wants to charge me extra for each plum sauce. I went again to double check with her and the cook was standing, they kept it on 1$ even though I explained how I just ate yesterday from a different location and plum sauce isn’t something you charge for and that price for a small packet (ketchup packet size). Won’t come back again here even if I’m starving. If these are the owners of the business that I interacted with I am truly boggled of the customer service they provide, seeing a full plaza and an empty restaurant.

  This restaurant screwed up my order and refused to fix their mistake, but they happily took my up charge money. I will never come to this location again.
