  Was warm, stuffy and tables were sticky while floor was slippery. Gave me that icky feeling. Food was what you'd expect.

  Avoid This Place - Unacceptably Slow Service Extremely slow and unprofessional service. I waited over 35 minutes just to receive my order, with no clear communication or urgency from the staff. When I asked for an update, I was simply told to ‘wait- online,’ which is completely unacceptable. This business clearly lacks proper management and enough staff to handle basic operations. Customers are left wasting their time despite paying. I will never return. Avoid this place if you value your time.

  I had the best experience at this Swiss Chalet that I have not had in any other. The person who was attending our table was fantastic, knowledgeable, very friendly and the service she provided was outstanding, please share with her what a fantastic experience she gives to her guests. Thank you Cassandra for all you do!!

  Hi was so disappointed came in with girlfriends on Friday April 17 looked forward to a great evening only to be disappointed.we all decided to have the new menu salads we ordered tables were very sticky asked to wipe how many tables do they use same cloth didn’t come off we changed tables on our own . We waited patiently only to see 5 other table that came in after us who already had there food delivered 😳 the waitress didn’t come to our table for all this period of time . Manager was walking but our table I stopped him to address why the long Waite for a salad and 5 tables being served after us ? He said let me see ? Time passed still ! The waitress came over literally put down our plates of salads 🥗 we all ordered same salads and walked away ? No “enjoy ur salads ladies lmk if y need anything “ NOT a word ? What kind of service is this ? It it were not for customers u would not have a job ? Also the manager never came back to see if we got out salads ? 🥗 to be honest was a really bad experience for Swiss chalet ! This was a bad customer service!! Experience ! ! Anna
