  There is no more Mr sub around this area very few left. I had great experience with this location. Staff are nice and polite. Fresh bread fresh ingredients and I love their fresh baked chocolate chips cookies.

  This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had like no joke… I called ahead to let the store know I would be coming in to pick up a platter of five subs, but when I arrived, the manager claimed I had never mentioned that on the phone. To make matters worse, the first employee refused to serve me and instead wanted to help the customer behind me. When I tried to explain that I had called in advance, the manager responded with an attitude and completely disregarded my concerns. The lack of professionalism, communication, and respect from both the employee and manager was extremely disappointing. On top of that, I was very unhappy with the platter I ordered. It was made in a sloppy and messy manner and did not look like it had been put together properly. The presentation and overall quality were far below what I expected I would not recommend this location based on my experience… Subway is the same price and they have no problem with walking in to order. And they actually make it with care and it will actually come out like the picture they advertise.

  I'm disappointed. I order same order. And I want Original Lays Chips. The lady sends me Oven Baked. These are horrible. I called and told her but she said these are Original. They are not. Oven Baked are Oven Baked

  The lady who was working today has no care for customers. Very rude and replies with an attitude. She still had an hour to close and was more focused on cleaning and closing the shop instead of making what a customer wants. I prefer spending my money elsewhere where customer satisfaction priority. Thursday.April.30.2026 at 9:15 pm. If the manager is reading this comment she should be trained on how to talk to customers.
