  The worst MCDS in Vaughn. Was served stale oreos in my mcflurry. Had to throw out. Waste of money. Waste of time. Won't be back!

  This mcdonals is close to my house so I order here often. For the last year they keep making mistake after mistake after mistake. They forget to add bacon if you add extra(happen already multiple multiple times). They forget to add things to the order, if you order a special burger sometimes they give you a normal one, they skip ingredients of the special burgers. They mess up the sauces for the nuggets and they give you the wrong ones. Just now I ordered extra nuggets(paid for it by the way) nowhere to be found those extra nuggets. If you add extra things to your ice cream they forget to add them. It mostly happens when I order take out, whenever I'm eating in, it doesn't happen as often. But the thing with the bacon it happened me already like 4 times in the last 6 months just dining in. Why am I paying for bacon if you don't put it most of the times? I understand happening once in a while but there is a mistake almost every time I do take out.

  Very disappointing drive-thru experience. My order was made incorrectly, and after waiting an additional 15 minutes to get it fixed, I was told they couldn’t correct it and that I would need a refund and place a new order. This caused unnecessary delay and frustration. The whole situation could have been handled much more efficiently with better customer service and attention to detail.
