I am writing to bring a serious customer service issue to management’s attention following a terrible drive-thru experience at this location today. The employee taking my order was speaking so softly into the headset that she was nearly inaudible. When I asked her to repeat herself so I could add a second meal, she cut me off completely by shouting "DRIVE UP" into the speaker. After I clarified that I wasn't finished, she aggressively rushed me through the rest of my order by repeatedly asking, "Anything else?" When I pulled up to the window, her conduct remained unprofessional and hostile. She thrusts the payment reader directly into my car and face without saying a word, greeting me, or stating my total. I strongly urge management to step in and address this employee's attitude. Whether through customer communication retraining or repositioning staff when they are clearly overwhelmed, action needs to be taken, as this behavior reflects very poorly on your business.
