She carefully garnished our burgers and made sure we were happy with all of our choices, which really stood out. The entire team was amazing, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had there!

We ordered our usual burgers and poutine, and my husband jokingly said, “I want my burger to look like the display picture on the banner and menu wall.” Summet smiled and said, “No problem!” Honestly, the burger looked even better than the picture — and it tasted amazing too. Everything was cooked perfectly and fresh. What made the experience even more special was his kindness. Out of pure generosity, he gave us two apple pies, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Tonight was the first time we met him, and he was the manager on duty. His customer service skills were exceptional — genuine, friendly, professional, and welcoming. His whole team was smiling and very courteous toward us as well. Saturday, May 16 at Harvey’s on Weston & Rutherford — your team absolutely rocked tonight. Thank you for making our evening such a great experience!

Thank you to Mikaela and Ashley for making our Harvey’s experience unforgettable!😊 Went to Swiss Chalet after to get sit down appetizers. My family and I all enjoyed authentic pierogies and spring rolls. Thank you to Julia for her excellent service, she was very attentive and very sweet to talk to. Definitely coming back here again!
